Have replied before fantastic cleaner could not have found me anyone better very helpful and polite

I am now about to get my fourth cleaner in a span of 2 months! The first 3 cleaners Maid2Clean had sent have been unprofessional and did a really mediocre job.
After my first bad experience, I had spoken to a lovely representative who had a very professional yet empathetic approach to understanding my situation. She assured me that she would do her best to find someone suitable that matches my needs. Unfortunately, tje follow-up phonecall from that was with someone who lacked these skills and just sent me another (random it appears to be) cleaner who did a average job.
I would recommend you do your research and have another backup if possible.

Maid2Clean we're very flexible and attentative to my unique requirements. Their quality of cleaners were impeccable and I will 100% be a returning customer.

We have had our cleaner for 2 months now, she is a very hard worker, did a fantastic deep clean, works around our chaotic schedule and our chaotic household of kids and animals.
No complaints so far.

Absolutely horrified with what happened today with one of your maids, Cheryl Hannin. My flatmate are both student and work part time and due to exam season and work we hadn’t had any time to properly clean the flat so we posted a status on Facebook asking for a maid to deep clean our flat. Cheryl reached out to us and promised she would fully deep clean our flat, including moving furniture or any items that could be in the way of the deep clean. Cheryl firstly arrived late without any notice, i showed her around the flat and reminded her of what we were looking for even after my roommate doing this which is all fine and understandable. Cheryl said she is happy to fully deep clean our house and I let her get on with it, within an hour of Cheryl cleaning our 2 bedroom flat she came in and said that she is almost done which didn’t make any sense as a standard deep clean with only 1 cleaner in a 2 bedroom flat would take around 4-6 hours, my roommate came back so we could check the flat to make sure everything was fine before paying but there was still dirt, leftover food and loads of dust everywhere, my roommate asked Cheryl nicely and was extremely polite if she could go over what she had missed several times but Cheryl was very dismissive and quite horrible to her, even to a point when she was shouting at my roommate and I had to come out and make sure everything was okay, as 2 young women we felt extremely uncomfortable and nervous as this was our first time with your company and getting a deep clean before. We tried to resolve this with Cheryl by asking if she could go over some bits (which wasn’t even all of them) but she still didn’t do this. We ended up paying £150 for a 2 hour not even standard clean which was supposed to be a deep clean. I would advise anybody not to use this company as its just caused me and my roommate more stress as we now need to pay for another maid to properly deep clean our flat.

Overall, quite dissatisfied with quality of cleaning across 2 cleaners and not happy with the cancellation process as well.

Kelly, Mum's cleaner goes above and beyond what you would expect. She is a great help and Mum thinks the world of her.
