Ash has been coming into my branch in Shirley and has done a fantastic job, we are rat free for the first time in over a year! Massive thanks to Ash, would highly recommend this service.

We were able to book a visit quickly for bed bugs and they disappeared after the first visit, but had two more sprays just to make sure. Great service, could be improved with a bit more detail in answers to my questions about bed bugs to assuage my nerves, but clearly the spraying worked! They offer a guarantee within 3 months too which is helpful. Also could have been a bit clearer on visit times but pleased overall with experience :)

I’ve had to return to this company more than once because of rats that refuse to leave for good. Because I live in an old block of flats, it’s very difficult to determine how they’re getting into the loft and therefore to proof it. Although I get a few clear months once poison’s been put down, I’ve been warned they’ll probably keep coming back. I’m trying to resign myself to this, not least because it’s becoming an expensive procedure (DPC are a bit pricey). However, each person who has visited has been knowledgeable and efficient, and sympathetic to my distress at being woken by the horrible sound of rats scratching and feasting and partying right above my head. Thanks especially to Phoenix and Derek, and to Maria for her patience while I wail on the phone.

I had Ash from Diamond Pest Control come and sort out a little black fly problem I had in a commercial basement property of mine, by the second visit the flies and nearly all gone and by final visit there wasn’t a trace of them. Ash is a really nice guy, friendly and always on time. The whole booking process is as really easy and would definitely recommend to anybody. Thanks Ash!

Was so pleased with the service that I’ve received from Ash and the team. Ash was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The issue seems to have settled down and I feel comfortable knowing that they will come for an extra visit if I have any more problems.

Very pleased with the service. Cen and Steve were friendly and thorough. They took pride in their work and, most importantly we no longer have mice.

We asked for help dealing with a rodent issue after several months of trying and failing to identify their entry point. Ash came out and identified the source of access, blocked it off and we've had no issues since. He was also very practical about placing bait stations where my toddler couldn't reach them which was very thoughtful and reassuring. Hopefully we won't need Ash's services again but if we do we would definitely use Diamond again.

Cem from Diamond Pest Control arrived within the hour and managed to catch and dispose of a troublesome rat which was trapped in an upstairs room. He then laid poison down under cupboards in the kitchen. The week after , he returned to check them and seal up the hole. And since then I have not had any bother from them.

Cen was efficient, friendly and very thorough.
