A very punctual and efficient service. Good communication and flexibility from both the office and the technician. A very good outcome in terms of effective elimination of the pest too. My only reason for giving four stars is the cost…quite a pricy service!

We called Diamond Pest Control after spotting a mice in our house. They came out promptly and assessed the situation. Derek was great and filled any holes we had and was very informative about how the mice behave/where they live and how to prevent further visits. Would definitely recommend their services.

We have used diamond pest control regularly for an ongoing issue with rats. They are a very good company, always turn up on time on the date arranged and are able to help me keep on top of the problem. Maria on the phone is always helpful and polite. Highly recommended.

I had Derek and kay do a 3 week moth treatment on my flat. the service was fantastic, they were extremely knowledgable about the issue and gave me clear instructions about how I can help minimise the issue and help the treatment. highly recommend and so far so good on the moth front, I haven't see any!

I’ve used Diamond three times over about ten years or something, each time in a different home I’ve lived in, and they’ve been great each time. The 24 hour phone line is reassuring. Prompt appointments, which are kept. Knowledgeable staff on the phone and in person. Easily understood fees. Problem sorted in the time scale. Advice a layman can understand given in person. Just exactly what you want from this kind of business. Would be the first phone call I’d make when faced with any sort of pest problem. 100% recommended.

I have a monthly contract with Diamond Pest Control/Derek for mice but recently had to get their assistance again for a moth outbreak. Derek turned up prompt to all 3 of the appointments always with a big smile. He is super helpful, knowledgable quick & efficient. I highly recommend this company for all of your pest control issues and especially if you are lucky enough to get Derek to do the job!

We've used Diamond Pest Control for the last few years and have no reason to look elsewhere. They simply deliver effective treatments as scheduled/promised. Coupled with a friendly, detailed and informative service every time.
Special mention for Derek, who does most of our work. Always turns up with a smile, knows his job extremely well, happy to advise and answer any questions we have on the spot.

I had a really terrible experience with a pest control company who charged me over £300 and they didn't even do anything! I then came to Diamond Pest Control, as I know James. Derek visited our property and was so knowledgeable about the mice issue we've had. He did one visit to attract the mice to the house (don't worry it'll all make sense when he visits!) and then the second visit he blocked all the holes in the house. I can't recommend this company enough, they've been brilliant :)

Derek from Diamond Pest Control was great, very efficient, timely, and communicative.

Great experience overall. Very knowledgeable office staff, James explained thoroughly how there were different ants, turns out I had Pharoah ants. Swift response and before I knew it I had a technician at the property which solved my problem. Hopefully never need pest control again but I know where to go if I do.

The technicians that visited were knowledgable and helpful. All things considered the service was probably overpriced. The first 2 visits consisted of placing and reviewing the mouse traps (total of approx 40mins).

Very happy with the service. Everyone I dealt with from the office staff to the technicians were positive and helpful. I called a couple times to discuss the job and every time the technician was very patient with me, fully explaining the process they would take to rid my home of pests. I was deciding between a couple companies and I am glad I went with Diamond. After just two visits my issue was quickly resolved and properly dealt with.
