I was really impressed with Diamond. From the helpful and efficient admin staff (who actually called me when I was told they would!) to Glen, and then Derek, the surveyors who arranged for and took care of the removal of a dead rodent from a void space in my dropped ceiling, and then treated the area afterwards. It really shouldn't be exceptional to receive a courteous and efficient service, but nowadays it is really refreshing.

I can not recommend Diamond Pest Control enough for their incredible service. We had Derek visit our property and he was nothing short of incredible. Very clear in identifying the problem, what the solution was, and longer term solution to prevent it happening in the future. He was very friendly, followed all covid protocols, and would highly recommend.
Hopefully we don't need pest control again - but if we do, we'll definitely be using DPC, and asking for Derek by name.

I was very pleased with Louis from Diamond pest control. He arrived promptly and assessed the pest situation quickly with obvious knowledge which was very reassuring. He went over and beyond to make sure he dealt with own problem efficiently and followed up the first appointment two more times to make sure that the treatment he put down worked which it did. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Diamond Pest Control. I found a rat in my house and they sent someone round to deal with it in just one hour. I was so relieved and so grateful that they were able to respond so quickly and Felix, the pest control engineer, dealt with the rat as swiftly and humanely as possible.
In subsequent visits both Felix and another engineer, Derek, were extremely helpful in explaining how they would try to assess the extent of the problem and also prevent any further rats from entering the house. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism; Derek also did an excellent job of locating and filling all possible entry points to help stop any further rodents from entering the house.
It was an excellent service all-round and I would definitely use Diamond Pest Control again, although hopefully I won't have to!
