I bought an engagement ring which arrived in good time and is beautiful.
After 2 days however one of the gems had fallen off the ring.

I have emailed and called several times for some help resolving and they don't answer which is extremely frustrating.

All went as expected.

they sold me a 14 k ring and charged me for 18k , I cant get a hold of them. I call them , email and nothing , so frustrating.
Update : they just replied with that boiler plate email and I replied and the company hasn't gotten back to me . Terrible terrible
Customer service and cheats

Aishah was brilliant with exceptional customer service. I booked an appointment to purchase an engagement ring I had seen online and wanted to view in person. Unfortunately they didn't have this particular ring to view but Aishah went above and beyond to ensure all suggestions regarding this particular ring were similar to the one I had seen and offered her professional advice when designing it. Once my partner and myself were back from holiday we returned the ring for re-sizing and once again Aishah was very helpful.

Excellent service, helpful, delivery within the time frame advised, professional, delivery updates available and most of all the ring was absolutely beautiful and what I had pictured.

Having ordered a pendant and earring set I enquired about progress as I could see one item was completed and the order was pending completion on the earrings. I messaged them and received a reply that they were awaiting the earrings.
From that message and several unanswered calls and more unanswered emails it took a further 10 days before I got some answers. They had broken a stone in one of the earrings and were trying to source another.
They hoped I wasn’t time constraint awaiting my order. I had informed them earlier that I was requiring them for our 55 th. wedding anniversary on the 3 Oct. this was now the 6 th. Oct.
I instructed them to either cancel the order if the couldn’t complete by the end of the week or send me the completed pendant and refund for the earrings.
Once a decision was made the pendant was delivered the next day and a refund 2 days later.
That side of their service was fine it was the lengthy lack of communication which leads to poor customer service and satisfaction.
The order was placed in the first week of September and it had taken over 5 weeks to get the actual part order.

I would like to give my thanks and praise to Tom (Liverpool Branch) for exceptional customer service. The ring arrived today in time for my Wife's birthday, and it looks fantastic. It was running behind schedule, but Tom picked up the gauntlet and ensured everything got back on track and was delivered on time. The service was brilliant, excellent communication and outstanding perseverance. On the back of this service, I will definitely be a returning customer and will be looking to purchase another ring shortly. It is very easy to complain when things go wrong, but it is just as important to deliver praise when individuals excel and do something correctly. I am a Service Director, so I really do value when people go the extra mile. Could this email please be passed on to Tom?

Great easy to use website. I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings and couldn’t have wished for a nicer experience selecting my choices and receiving the earrings a couple of weeks later. The earrings are stunning and I’m thrilled to bits with them and will be wearing them every day.

Ring has arrived and is great just what I wanted. HOWEVER customer service has changed drastically. I have used Diamonds Factory for several years and the communication and service has been brilliant. This order did not arrive on the date expected and could not get hold of Customer service and no reply to my messages. Eventually they confirmed another date but I was worried. It did not arrive on that date and the process of not being able to contact them and no replies to messages started again. Such a shame this is not what I expect from this company and will hesitate about using them again.

I ordered a bespoke ring online for an engagement, as it got closer to the day itself there was no update about the rings situation. I got through to customer service once on the phone they were helpful and told me to call back next week for an update, unfortunately i couldn’t get through to them when i called again as their lines were down so i resorted to calling the Birmingham branch itself just to try my luck. I was greeted by alvarado who was an absolute gem in helping me. He went out of his way by miles to help me find out where the ring is what stage of production it’s at and when it may arrive. we later discovered the ring is in the city but due to be hallmarked which will take two days and we wouldn’t get it in time. Alvarado did his magic again and spoke to his manager, who also went miles out of his way to help us and temporarily delayed the hall marking. It’s now due for collection tomorrow hopefully just in time for the engagement! Finally Simran from the customer service team at DF tied the bow and informed me of the good news and the appointment to collect. I know thats alot to read but point is- their customer service and their instore team went above and beyond to help and we couldn’t be more grateful, thankyou DF 🙏🏼
