Very poor delivery. It took them 3 (!) days to dispatch a car. WHY? Ordered on Sunday. They only shipped on Wednesday, while initial email said delivery on Thursday. Now it looks like Friday or Saturd... Voir plus

Diecast Model Centre is a family owned and operated online model shop based in Somerset (UK) that was established in 2005.
At Diecast Model Centre, we believe that collecting models or giving them as gifts doesn't have to be expensive and in line that our core values are to offer our customers models of exceptional value and to provide a first-class shopping experience.
On our website you'll find all kinds of models not sold by many other retailers; models from brands you may have heard of such as Bburago, Maisto, Oxford Diecast and Solido, and from brands you may not have heard of such as Cararama, Model Car Group, Motormax and Welly.
We aim to make buying from us easy and enjoyable. Our online store is designed to be customer friendly, but should you have any queries either before, during or after making your purchase, we're here to help, either by email, phone or if you prefer, self-help with our comprehensive FAQ's.
Behind the scenes, we'll work tirelessly to get your order out on time with all in-stock items despatched within one working day. And, we won't skimp on the packaging either, using quality materials - mostly recycled or recyclable - so that your model has the best chance of reaching you in the same perfect condition as it leaves us.

Ordered some bike models as christmas…
Ordered some bike models as christmas presents. One bike had a personilsed reg however I forgot to input the reg at checkout. I emailed the company explaining the mistake and asked if the specific reg can be put on the bike. Straight away customer services responded and were extremely helpful. Bikes arrived within 2 days with the custom reg on one of the bikes. They look awesome and will make my little boys so happy when they open them on xmas day. Fantastic service

Just had delivery of my order
Just had delivery of my order, a bit later than quoted but obviously due to the postal strike and not the seller. The item arrived in good condition because it was extremely well packed. Excellent service guys.

Excellent!
Just received the die cast model I ordered today. I have placed it on my sons urn. It’s a beautiful tribute. Packaged well and postage was good considering the recent strikes.

Delivery is late
Delivery is late. This was a present and I have missed their birthday.

Thank you for your review, Ian, and I am very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time. Unfortunately, it does appear to have been delayed by the CWU industrial action affecting Royal Mail deliveries.
Although at the time of writing your review, we were still within the estimated delivery period as displayed on your order confirmation page, it does appear that your item was ultimately delivered 6 days later than this, for which we offer our sincere apologies. We will, of course, also be happy to provide you with a full refund upon your return of the goods which can be arranged along with a pre-paid returns label through the Returns Portal on our website.
Like many retailers, large and small, our deliveries were severely impacted by the effects of the strike action, and as soon as this became apparent, we took measures to keep our deliveries on track but, this was too late for parcels, such as yours, already in the Royal Mail network.
I feel that in the circumstances, a 1-star rating is rather harsh. We despatched your order on time and in good faith without any way of knowing of the delays to come, delays that were/are completely out of our control.
And, as a footnote. For orders that are time-critical, we do offer and recommend our Next-Day delivery option which is guaranteed for next-day delivery on orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday.

Reliable and value for money.
This is the second order I have had from this company and the product I have purchased to date have been of good quality and delivered promptly by Royal Mail. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others from my experience.
