The initial customer service was great and speedy. Once the packages arrived, we started installation (Friday night). There were some missing pieces in one of the kits and the programmer power cord didn't work. After speaking with customer service the following Monday (not open on weekends), they credited me store credit for missing bolts and got me in touch with RaceMe for the new cord. The guys were very helpful.

This kit made an improved performance with the truck quite obvious. The installation was clearly stated and depicted. My technicians only issue was that there was NO instructions included with the product. He went onto the site and downloaded over 20 pages on the instructions and manual which I provided to the customer. For the cost of the kit,at least the installation guide could have been included. He had to take time to get this from your website,and you know,a technicians time is VALUABLE.

Everyone I talked to answered all my questions and had very quick responses. Had best price for the package I wanted and shipping was very fast. All items arrived quick and in good condition.

I had a little trouble ordering my parts, DieselOps called me and helped me get everything I wanted. I will definitely be going through them on my next order.

I got the wrong turbo I couldn't tell in the picture but this one is for a later 2004 f350 which has the different pedastool so now I have to get that other one. It's not that I want or need a sinister sticker or diesel ops sticker or shirt or receipt or anything but you figure when you spend 1600$ on a turbo you'd at least get a sticker and a receipt

Just hope nothing goes wrong with your shipment or ordering process as I've called and emailed this company over the past couple weeks and still no head way as far as where my package is. I was supposed to recieve it about a month ago. Customer service is defintely lacking here. Very unhappy.

I worked directly with Corey to get all of the parts I needed for my 2011 Ram. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain my options, and created the best package deal. I had an issue outside of his control and he resolved it immediately. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

I purchased a kit for my powerstroke with h&s mini maxx. I couldn't install the tuner tof my truck so I tried to call hs and they are out of business. So I called dieselops.com, someone said they could help me and would send an email with instructions. I waited 2 days for the email before calling another company who sells these tuners, who helped me over the phone within 10 minutes. So long story short, they sold me something at a great price, and didn't offer any troubleshooting help. Won't be using them as a supplier anymore.

I called several diesel stores around including Dales super store, alligator performance, and Xtreme diesel. Diesel ops were the only ones to seem like they cared to answer all my questions I had. Nick was extremely helpful with the ordering and excellent customer service.They also are the best price around and all my stuff was at my house in a couple of days. I recommend diesel ops for all your diesel needs. Will do business with them for now on.

Not all of the parts were correct had to go to local Auto parts to get a clamp and hanger

I was honestly going to just order everything on line but noticed the price match on the home page. Let me just say, don't be lazy and click. Pick up he phone and call! They will get you their best deals if you talk to them and do a package deal. I saved a ton and the stuff showed up within a week of my order. I will recommend to anyone and everyone.
