I am sorry you are having an issue and i am not sure who you spoke to about needing a "Tune" But that is not the case here. I would be happy to get you taken care of and happy to get this problem resolved. I do see however you did not purchase an entire kit so that can be my only guess of what someone meant when stating you may need additional parts.
