Zero Interest in Customer Retention
Placed an order during Black Friday weekend with 7-10 days shipping. A week goes by, no shipping notification, no communication. I emailed them on Monday, no response until I DM them on every social media account on Wednesday.
They were sold out of one of the products. And instead of communicating this with ppl who ordered it, they just go radio silent but continue to promote said product. Offered $10 (LOL) and said it should ship within 24 hours. If I wasn’t leaving next week, I’d suck it up, but they advertised 7-10 days, and we ordered accordingly to ensure delivery prior to leaving. I don’t want it to sit in my lobby for 2 weeks. I asked if they could either upgrade my shipping so it arrives in time, or just cancel if they cannot honor their shipping commitments. They chose the latter, so I guess they don’t care about customer retention. I’m all for supporting a small business directly, but the terrible customer service of some of these online brands is so disappointing.
