Holistic Analysis and Valuation of Success Rates
1. The person I talked to was Mrs. Krügel
2. She approached my case in a holistic way, and I got a 360 analysis what all has to be taken into consideration and she made me aware of getting funding.
3. Being put in the driver seat for #2 I was able to make the best decision to maximize the chance to get my issues put through and to minimize the risk of just funding a case, which reveals no value added.
4. I have now purchased a service package and await for implementing of what has been discussed.

Digip Makes IP Accessible for Brands in the Making
Trying to secure a trademark for your company can easily become an overwhelming mission to protect your brand. I feel lucky to have come across Digip. They were prompt, professional and full of expertise. Every account manager I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me feel sure about the decision to invest in my company. And they did it without trying to squeeze a profit out of me. They even suggested I didn't file certain marks that wouldn't benefit me at this time. I look forward to completing my first trademark with Digip, and I'm even more excited to anticipate filing the trademarks I will need with continued growth. There is no other company out there willing to do the work with the level of experience for the price that they charge. Don't question it. Digip is the best solution for any entrepreneur who doesn't have the time or money to entertain a five-digit law firm for months on end.

I was previously asked to give a good…
I was previously asked to give a good review (right at the beginning) when things were going well but now our subscription is due to end in two days and although I have sent multiple emails and even on the chat today asking to cancel, as we no longer require the trademark service nobody is getting back.
I also can't figure out how to cancel on their website, so I would recommend that you don't part with your money for this company as when it is time to cancel, you just get ignored.
