As it was my first time buying a CCTV system, I needed a lot of guidance. Sam could not have been more helpful - very knowledgable, patient and easy to talk to. Items arrived next day expertly packed, not just thrown into a box.

Excellent quality equipment giving fine HD imagery and (equally important) a very efficient and helpful Support 'phone service, which I used a couple of times during online set-up (I am unfamiliar with CCTV so this was my fault, not theirs!). I have now installed UNV home systems at both my own home, and the address of my elderly father, so that I can monitor his property if he is absent. This is done via both the EZView 'phone app and on-line to the EZStation program installed on my computer. Both apps work very well. In summary, I recommend DDS .... don't be tempted to save a few ££££ buying cheaper unsupported CCTV systems that are touted on ebay, etc.

Wanted to set up remote monitoring where no broadband connection was available. They talked me through what I would need and helped me set it up. It was straight forward but I was very pleased with their technical support from start to finish.

What a refreshing change to deal with a company that you can phone up and speak to a person who is very informative and who supply excellent products.

I fitted one of the basic four CCTV camera systems without any problems and I had every confidence that if I had a issue I could phone DDS and they would help.

This company has excellence in service and assistance, I cannot say anything but praise, having a faulty nvr that could not be repaired remotely they replaced it without quibble, then followed up with a telephone call to set the new nvr, and also walked me through the setup to receive the pictures and remote features on my mobile.
