We did a private event there. Great FOH staff and the Combat HIIT instructor Kate was really good - clear instructions, great energy and learnt some new skills.

Don't give them your number. They will harass you forever!

Best spin studio - for me better than the rivals like Psycle, 1Rebel, Boom Cycle which are much more expensive and don’t have all the features. All the instructors are great. I’ll definitely keep it up, I’m at the Richmond studio and have always been able to get a bike when I wanted :) love it

I spent nearing to £100 on studio credits for them to expire two months later before I'd even used. Really disappointing that the money has been wasted, especially in the current climate! I contacted someone for help and wasn't helped at all, and was just told to buy further credits during their 'black Friday sale! Such a shame and will not be buying from them again.

I really enjoy the yoga classes the digme offers however recently the Digme at home live yoga classes (I have a yoga only digme at home subscription) have been disappearing or not taking place. I logged on the other day to find a class I had signed up to was never started. No one contacted me to tell me the class wasn't going ahead, and my messages since have not received a response. I feel I am left with no choice but to cancel my subscription as it is no longer able to provide a reliable service.

Great spin class with energetic intructor! Its was my first time and definitely not last one. I got hooked. From beginning to end a very positive experence. Thank you to the lovely staff and great facilities

I’ve been going to digme now for around 4 years and I couldn’t love the place anymore than I do, the classes have literally transformed my health both mental and physical, I’m in the best shape right now than I’ve ever been and most of that is down to visiting digme regularly, wonderful staff that care about you and first class spin sessions, it’s a part of my life that I hope I’m never without, thanks guys.

Digme has had a huge and important impact on my life. I am physically and mentally fitter than I ever have been. I have been in the Sporting Industry for 18 years and I have never come across a team of such talented and committed people. Their desire for excellence for every instructor is admirable and their ability to engage and inspire a community is admirable. They have impacted my life and many people I know in a way that I could have never imagined. They have been integral in getting their customers through the pandemic. This is a company I will sing about from the rafters. They work so hard as a team and cope with any hard knocks that the pandemic life has thrown at them. Digme you are FANTASTIC. Thank you other people could learn a lot from you.

Been going to Digme for a month and I can feel I am getting fitter by the day. The staff are friendly, the instructors are passionate about what they do and overall, the energy is contagious. It is addictive!

I have made so many friends here. Unlike other gyms I was a member of, Digme has been a great place to make new friends. The instructors are world class - kind and encouraging too. The facilities are clean and well run. Go and try out a class, you won’t be disappointed!

I signed up to Digme on the January sale offer and am hooked. From my first class I was fascinated by the data and immersive experience. I am now in a completely different place both physically and mentally thanks to the team of amazing instructors!

I've been using Digme for years and have consistently been impressed with the quality of the classes & instructors - they really are the best in the business. Always met with a smile at the front desk and there's a real community vibe within the fellow punters. What a great way to start the day or sweat away the stresses after work!

I bought ~£400 worth of credits for my Oxford-based business only 3 months before they shut the Oxford location... and they haven't even offered a proper refund! Can't tell what's more disappointing - the gym closing or their customer service!

Digme closed my local branch earlier this year and I didn't receive an email about it - I also didn't see any announcement about it on their social media. I had to dig around on their website to find out about refund options and most of them were just more Digme packages: get a bike, get Digme credits or give my Digme credits to a friend! There was a refund option at the bottom and I got in touch to ask for my money back - I had to chase them but they eventually told me my refund request had been passed over to the finance team. Fast forward by a month and I still hadn't received anything. When I got back in touch, they told me the company had gone into administration and a refund was no longer possible.
Please be careful buying from Digme - they seem like they're in a precarious financial position and you might lose your money!
Also, the mark-ups in the Digme shop are next-level con artistry!

Digme instructors are wonderful and the classes are fun and motivational. I'm giving 2 stars because I cannot justify giving more due to the state of the changing area/showers at the Covent Garden branch. Absolutely shocking that we pay a premium service for broken lockers, a tatty shower room where last week, I couldn't wash my hair because the water was so hot. Sometimes, I have to step into different cubicles to have a decent shower. The fabulous staff, instructors, and classes is now overshadowed by the state of the changing area. What a shame!

My favourite spin studio in London! I started going earlier this year via ClassPass (which makes it much more affordable) and I’ve been going back ever since. I’ve been to the main spin classes, of which they do a good variety for all levels. I haven’t yet been to a HIIT class but will do so shortly. I hate going to new things where I don’t know what I’m doing or where anything is, but they were great for my first time. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the facilities and studio are great!

Constantly spam me with texts. I've never given them consent to do this. Replies are disabled so I can't stop them. I've reported them but still they come.
I went there once. It was overpriced and rubbish so I never went back.
Avoid. They're like a one night stand turned stalker.
