Dignipet made the incredibly difficult…
Dignipet made the incredibly difficult situation more manageable. From appointment efficiency to talking us through what was happening. We never felt rushed and our pet Blue was made to feel comfortable and treated with the respect he deserved. A kind and Compassionate Service
We are eternally thankful to Silvia, for her kindness, compassion, professionalism and most of all, making Rosko’s passing so peaceful with all his family around him.
The little things that she did, such as wrapping him up so carefully and gently after his passing, talking to him and us all the time, placing a rose upon him; gave us much comfort during our grief.
We have just collected Rosko’s ashes today, which have come from Prestwood Pet Crematorium, the care and attention again, are second to none. His name and details on his ashes tube and paw print have been handwritten in beautiful calligraphy.
We can wholeheartedly say we are glad to have chosen Dignipets and I will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We lost our 15 year old beagle Gracey today , dignipets are amazing I rang at 10am they sorted it all out , Slyvia came out by 12.30 gave us loads of time with her and explained everything , no rush at all . She passed so peacefully. X

Compassionate considerate and thoughtful Service
Jose attended to my beloved Bear today to help him on his journey and be pain free, he explained everything fully that would happen,he gave us plenty of time with Bear, did not rush us , gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, He was compassionate and understanding, set our minds at rest we had done the best for Bear. The service made a very difficult time more bearable. The costs are extremely reasonable and I would say if you need to help your pet on their way then choose dignipets. Thank you Jose

I had to say goodbye to my little boy which happened very quickly due to a rapid decline in health. I absolutely made the right decision using Dignipets, the whole process was so calm and stress free for me, my daughter and for my dog. Silvia was absolutely brilliant, my dog didn't even know what was happening, she truly made my hardest day in 13yrs so much more bearable, I can't thank her enough.
Making that phonecall is the hardest thing to do but there's the option to text via WhatsApp which is how I contacted them as I couldn't stop crying and couldn't talk. I got a reply almost instantly, and it was clear from the first reply that this company has compassion and truly cares.
I've seen 2 other dogs last moments (a family members dogs) one at a very good vets and another at the PDSA and Dignipets is on another level, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Amazing service throughout
We lost out precious 14 year old staffy Bloo on Saturday..We contacted Dignipets Saturday morning stating that unfortunately we needed to use their services...Jose called us when he was on route and to say he was amazing is an understatement...Jose was so kind and caring throughout the whole process of letting out precious Bloo go to sleep for the last time...we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and applause your compassion and professionalism..

The perfect way to say goodbye
Having been recommended Dignipets from family members, we knew for years that when the time were to come for our one and only elderly puss, we'd use Dignipets. We wanted him to have the peaceful end he so very much deserved.
We had to make that difficult decision when an oral cancer meant his quality of life had declined.
Dignipets were amazing, from my initial call to register our cat, to making the call to arrange, to the lovely Vet (Georgia) who came.
On the day I was a sobbing mess, but the vet arrived, quietly, softly spoken and full of sympathy. She explained every step well.
The sedative was given while our cat was lay on his heated bed while we distracted him with his favourite treat. That worked quickly and very well and from then he was unaware what was taking place.
The whole process was sensitive, caring and unrushed. Perfect.
He died at home, unstressed and oblivious, while being kissed and cuddled. The perfect end.
We chose to have a private cremation, which dignipets sorted for us, as well as giving us a fur clipping.
My single only tiny bit of other feedback, is that it's a pity that the sedative is seems to be a tiny bit stingy. My cat was ok as well distracted, but it would be even better if there was a version that really didn't get noticed, but maybe it's an impossible ask. As I say though, for us it was ok as even when so ill, he still loved a Lik-e-Lix and that distracted him
Thank you Dignipets for service you offer. You're not cheap but are worth every penny.

Saying goodbye to our beloved dog
Our beloved dog, Cookie had suffered with arthritis for several years and over the last few days, completely went off her legs and she did not want to eat. We knew the time had come to say goodbye to our precious girl who was 16. I was able to send a wattsapp message to Dignipets late on the evening to enquire and they responded first thing the next morning to give me details. I was immediately struck how the first thing they asked was to say they were sorry to hear about our dog and they asked for my dogs name; this felt personal from the beginning. We then spoke on the phone and arranged a visit by the vet that day. We were put at ease as soon as the vet came. I can’t thank Meryl the vet enough on how wonderful she was in caring for Cookie and us all through what was an emotional experience saying goodbye to our beloved girl. Meryl explained every step and we knew exactly what to expect. It meant the world to us that we had a vet that deeply cared for us all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Nothing can replace our beloved Cookie; but the lasting memories of her peaceful end to her life means so much.

Looking back I must have been the luckiest person in the world to have Sylvie knock my door. I had faced the heartbreak of saying goodbye to my two beautiful dogs Ted and Poppy just one week apart from each other. They passed peacefully with me holding them in their own home. Silvie was the vet. She treated both them and me with such kindness and I will be forever grateful to her for that. I miss them both so much, it’s almost unbearable but they couldn’t have had a better passing. Sylvie and Dignipets I will be forever grateful 🥰

Truly fabulous service
When I contacted Dignipets with an initial enquiry I received a prompt response via WhatsApp, followed up with a phone call. I was listened to, and said exactly what I wanted to happen. I was able to book the day and time that I wanted Dignipets to visit. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call from Alex the vet, she said she would be with me in an hour and she was. Alex was very calming to me, my family and our lovely dog Ruby. Nothing was rushed, it was a very calm and peaceful passing, Ruby was given a sedative prior to her passing, and was not aware at all of what was going on. Alex trimmed a patch of fur for us to keep, and asked about our choice of casket and kindly reminded us about the paw print, which we did want to have. An hour later I called my vet to tell them what had been done, and they had already received an email from Dignipets to tell them. Ruby’s remains and the paw print were back with us within 7 days. I would not have chosen any other way for Ruby to end her days that in the peace of her home, allowing her sister to see her afterwards and understand what had happened has made it easier to deal with. I can’t recommend Dignipets highly enough, thank you for your amazing service and being so dignified and professional at such a horrible time.

Paula- Worcester
Paula, from the Worcester branch, came to our house yesterday to peacefully help us say goodbye to our beloved boxer, Poppy. Poppy had oral cancer, and in just 10 short weeks it had spread to where we had to make the most heartbreaking decision for her, a decision that went against everything we wanted. She was the most beautiful girl and at 5 1/2 we feel robbed of time with her, but we didn't want her to suffer or to be in pain.
I had read some reviews that made me anxious, but I spoke about this to dignipets before hand and on the day.
Paula was calm, patient and understood we did not want our dog to be anything but peaceful and pain free. She explained every aspect , and gave the sedative in in three stages under the skin to allow more time for it to take affect. She also checked the sedation was working and if I wanted more time, she honoured that.
No rushing, no pressure and when we were ready she brought the blanket in and covered Poppy's belly to administer the final dose, slowly.
She was here for nearly 2 hours in total and although this was the worst day of our lives, it was handled respectfully,compassionately, calmly and peacefully.
We have two other dogs and we kept them away while Poppy was drifting off and then let them spend as much time as needed saying goodbye. They have not searched for her, which they might have done if she had gone to the vets and not come home.The other dogs are visibly grieving and we thought this was important for them as Poppy was the pack leader.
Dignipets let our vets know ,Vale vets, Stourport-on-Severn, and one warning is the vets deleted Poppy's profile from their app as soon as they had been notified, with no warning or email- as though she never existed. I have separately given feedback about this to Vales.
I would recommend Dignipets and will always choose this way from now on as it felt kinder to us, Poppy and the other dogs.

We are so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Poppy, losing such a cherished companion at only 5½ years old is truly heart breaking, and we can completely understand why you feel robbed of precious time together.
Making the decision to say goodbye is one of the hardest acts of love we can give our pets, especially when it goes against everything our hearts want, but it is clear that your decision was made entirely out of love and a desire to spare Poppy any further pain or suffering.
We are grateful for your kind words about Paula. She will be deeply touched to hear that her calm, patient, and compassionate approach helped provide reassurance during such a difficult day.
Ensuring that families never feel rushed, fully understand each step of the process, and have as much time as they need with their beloved pet is something we consider incredibly important.
It is also wonderful to hear that your other dogs were able to spend time with Poppy afterwards and say their own goodbyes, many families find comfort in allowing other pets this opportunity, and we are glad that it provided some reassurance for both you and them during this difficult time.
It is clear from your words just how deeply loved she was, and we know she will leave a lasting imprint on the hearts of everyone who knew her.

A peaceful end for a reactive dog
I cannot put into words how grateful myself and my family have been for Dignipets service. Our family dog Bert was declining in health and we were nervous what end of life would look like for a reactive dog, the last thing we wanted were for his last moments on Earth to be filled with fear and aggression. Dignipets took the time to put a plan together with us, and the staff member who visited us on the day to carry out the procedure was incredibly caring, sensitive, and gentle. Thanks to their work, our boy’s last moments were peaceful and surrounded by love. Worth every single penny.

I am so grateful for Dignipets. The lovely vet Sandy came to my home and helped us say goodbye to our beloved dog Alfie. Sandy was so calm and compassionate, no rush, just peaceful. Thank you so much for making this heartbreaking time a bit more bearable.
I would definitely recommend Dignipets to others going through one of the most difficult times.

Luka's passing .
Our old dog Luka (GSD ) had gone off his right back leg on sunday morning 28th June 26 . We knew it was going to be difficult to get him into the car to the emergency vets and we had no other option but to call Dignipet .
A friend of ours had recommended them after losing her dog .
They very kindly sent out one of their vets to take care of him , making the arrangements after for him to be taken to the local pet crematorium . Totally professional and understanding and allowed us the time to say goodbye .
A truly professional service from start to finish , so we didn't have to worry about making the arrangements ourselves .
