Dignipets...by far the best
I have had four dogs euthenised but my Labrador by Miriam of Dignipets was by far the best. Why...because she was so considerate, thoughtful and experienced. There was no rush we were allowed to take as long or as little time as we needed. She made the experience so dignified and respectful. Jack was happy in her presence and he crossed over so gently it looked like he just went to sleep.

It was time to say goodbye …
It was time to say goodbye to my beautiful dog Bosco and I cannot thank Dignipets enough for making his passing peaceful, calm and dignified. Bosco was at home, in his favourite spot in the garden, being cuddled until his last breath.
From the initial contact to the final goodbye, the service provided was exceptional. Paula came to visit and was so calm and empathetic throughout. She took time to explain everything clearly, and I felt supported throughout the process. I could not have asked for more. Paula took care of everything, including the cremation arrangements and informing my vet of Bosco's passing.

We can not thank Ana from Dignipets enough. I would highly recommended them as a company. Ana was so kind and understanding at was a very difficult time, after having to make the decision to put our beloved pet to sleep.
The company explained everything and booking a vet was easy. Ana was amazing , so kind, caring and understanding. She was the altermate professional. I would recommend to any pet owner. So much better as they come yo your home and I didn't have to put my dog through the stress of going to the vets which he hated.

From initial contact to the eventual euthanasia, I can’t fault Dignipets.

This was our first time using Dignipets…
This was our first time using Dignipets when our beautiful Leo had to make his final journey. The staff were so compassionate and caring and were so understanding when we moved the date. The support that was shown to us was most appreciated and the vet that came to us, Silvia, explained the process with kindness. Our other elderly dog was present and came in and out of the room as she wanted. Thank you so much for giving Leo the best most compassionate end. He was such a good boy.

Paula from Dignipets was compassionate, calm, and professional throughout a very difficult time. She explained everything she was going to do and what would happen, which helped put us at ease.
We were also given options for our dog's aftercare, without any pressure, allowing us to make the choices that felt right for our family.
We didn't want our beloved family pet to be put to sleep at the vet's, and being able to say goodbye at home meant everything to us. Our dog passed peacefully in my arms while I stroked his nose and paws, surrounded by love and comfort.
Having the procedure carried out at home also meant that our other dog could be present and understand what was happening. We feel this helped for her to process the loss in her own way, which was an important comfort to us.
This is a truly wonderful service, and we would highly recommend Dignipets to anyone facing the heartbreaking decision of saying goodbye to their family pet.

I cannot recommend highly enough
I cannot recommend highly enough. We were recommended to Dignipets from our vets. From the moment Paula came to our door the whole experience was made so much lighter. What was one of the worst days imaginable Paula made it as lovely as it could be. We said goodbye to our two dogs at same time. The whole process being so thoughtful to each dog. Our dogs were 15 & 16 and we are just so grateful you were there at the end to support us how you did. I cannot thank you enough.

Highly recommend
Unfortunately, we've had to put my grandma's dog Lacy to sleep today after her health deteriorated. We are extremely grateful as to how the Vet Bruce conducted himself by making the whole ordeal simply and easy. he showed and enormous amount of compassion and empathy throughout which made dealing with the instantaneous grief that much easier. We highly recommend this service to anyone having to make this difficult decision.

Saying farewell to Dana
When it became obvious that my companion of over 15 years had reached the end, I was directed to Dignipets. Not knowing what to expect, I rang them . From the first moment of contact they displayed feeling and understanding. The vet they sent out, Lucian, was truly a lovely young man. He was gentle with Dana and administered the injections carefully, taking time to stroke her. Since then I have recommended Dignipets to all the dog walking community that I have met. I particularly was impressed that Dana did not need to be upset by shaving a leg to administer the anaesthetic, as my previous dogs were often very upset by that. Well done Dignipets and thank you for your care.

Making the decision to say goodbye to my beloved Bert was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but Dignipets made an incredibly painful experience so much more bearable.
From the very first contact, everyone was compassionate, understanding, and genuinely kind. At a time when I was heartbroken and struggling with such a difficult decision, their support meant more than I can put into words.
A special thank you to Silvie, who was absolutely amazing on the day. She was so patient, gentle, and caring, giving us all the time we needed and treating Bert with such dignity and respect. Her kindness helped me through one of the most emotional moments of my life, and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through it without her.

Can't recommend highly enough
It's been over a week now since I had to say goodbye to my best friend. He had no quality of life anymore and as much as I wanted to be by his side forever I had to make the hardest decision of my life and let him go to sleep one last time. I was and still am in pieces about the whole thing but Bruce from Dignipets made the worst day of my life as bearable as it could've been. We were given all the information that we needed and there was no time frame so nothing felt rushed. My boy felt no pain, no distress and ultimately knew nothing about it. He slowly fell to sleep in his bed, wrapped in his favourite blanket and began to snore like he always did. When the snoring stopped I was devastated but Bruce couldn't have been kinder or more conscientious. It was the perfect way to let him peacefully pass on to the other side and I can't thank Dignipets and Bruce enough for giving my boy the ending he deserved. Rest easy big lad, see you again some day x

My 14yr old Golden Retriever became ill and got worse throughout the night. I knew the time had come to make the dreaded decision to say my goodbye. I remembered a friend having DIGNIPETS and said how brilliant they were so decided to call them. Miriam phoned to inform me when she would arrive. She was so kind and reassuring and explained what would happen. There was no rush she treated him with dignity and compassion and myself also. She transferred him to a bed, covered him with a blanket and placed his toy next to him. He looked so peaceful and asleep. That is my last visual picture of him. I was dreading a body bag. I cannot thank Miriam enough for all she did for both of us. I couldn’t have wished for anything better. She was amazing. I will definitely recommend DIGNIPETS for anyone wanting a personal service for their beloved fur baby.

Misty Roo, my best friend 🐾
My girl Misty has always been a nervous girl, she's never really like other people apart from me and this made her extremely nervous of vets. She had been poorly for three years and when her time finally came I tried to get an appointment at the vets but they were backlogged after several emergencies. They recommended Dignipets and I am so thankful they did. Me and my girl lay in our living room on our makeshift bed and cuddled.
Lucian explained everything, without overwhelming me with information. I knew exactly what would happen, when and how. Misty slowly fell asleep and was so peaceful and relaxed. All she knew was that I was there - her best friend. I'm so so so at peace and so secure in the choice that I made. Lucian reviewed Misty and agreed I was doing the right thing which was a relief to hear.
I cannot recommend Dignipets passionately enough, and I am so grateful for the turn of events that brought my attention to Lucian and his team.

We had Dignipets visit our home most…
We had Dignipets visit our home most recently. Our dog Scooter had to be put to sleep as he had been unwell for a while. It was a very sad day for us but Bruce from Dignipets was so supportive.
He talked us through the process and was so kind and gentle with Scooter.
Scooter never liked going to the vets so we did not want to cause him anymore anxiety . Having the vet come to our home was the least we could do for our beautiful boy .
I would highly recommend this service
The ashes came back within a few days, beautifully boxed in an eco container. It arrived with a card and a candle. What a very thoughtful touch

One year ago today Bruce (dp/Coventry)…
One year ago today Bruce (dp/Coventry) came into our home and assisted our best friend, companion and shadow - Frank the Frenchie - to cross that Rainbow Bridge we never wanted to cross. Bruce was compassionate, caring and the whole process was professional and unhurried. I held Frank on my lap as he took his last breath. I found it comforting to be close to him in his last moments as he took a huge sigh - Bruce had previously explained to me that this indicated he was finally free of pain. I knew in that moment I had made the correct decision.
Rest in peace in doggie heaven Frankie man🕊️

We had to sadly have our dog pts a week ago and I cannot thank digni pets enough. They did not rush us, explained everything to us and stayed with us the whole time even letting me carry him to the car at the end.
