DO NOT USE

I sent photos for wall decor made notes that I didn’t want photos that were alike side by side and guess what they did??? Put like photos side by side. It was almost $200 and I even tipped thinking it would make someone care enough to give it a little extra attention. It didn’t and I do not recommend this company or tipping them. I’m embarrassed to give it as a gift. They could have called texted or emailed a prototype. I guess that takes too much time but asking for a tip…..they have their priorities and it’s not quality or customer service/satisfaction.

Still a 0

As of right now, I have been charged twice for 1 order. When I contacted customer service at Dilypod, by email, they have been stalling by asking for photos of the charge, amongst other things. I sent the photos, proving my case, and they have yet to email back. I canceled my original order and have repeatedly asked for a refund. No results! It has left me with $2 in the bank and I am LIVID!! If they respond and correct the issue, I will be the first to revise this review. As of now….0. We’ll finally, I got a refund. This was a big hassle for nothing. My rating is still a 0. Don’t waste your time!!

I ordered two signs for my wife’s…

I ordered two signs for my wife’s garden. One of the two came back with an incorrect spelling. I contacted the company, explained the problem, they sent a new correct version back.
The colors are clean, prints are high quality, and customer service wins the day.

I love what I ordered

I love what I ordered. I just wish I had bought a bigger portrait. Shipping could be a little faster, but my picture made it to me with no issues. Everything about Dilypod is great and I would recommend anyone who wants beautiful pics and good quality, but from Dilypod.

Love the ornaments!!

I placed my order over a week ago bc I was told I'd have it by the 28th of June

***UPDATE*** IT IS 7/9 and I HAVE NOT received my purchase/refund/response from dilypod

I placed my order over a week ago. This was a sensitive gift for a friend who just had to put her dog down. I was advised I would have the order by 6/28. It's now the 29th and customer service have ignored my many emails and chat inquiries. There is still no tracking number to prove shipment and I spent $60 for the two keychains. I am very disappointed and feel as though I've been robbed.

Order 2 shirts - 1 I changed the color FAIL

Order 2 shirts - 1 Shirt, I changed the color from black to a light grey. They sent the shirt in light grey and kept the same white lettering, which you cannot even read on a light grey shirt. They should not even offer light colored shirts if you cannot read the text, or atleast give you an option to change the text color on the shirt. You think they would have know this at the time, since they have numerous shirts, and color on the site. I would be careful ordering on this site.
I am updating my review - Dilypod got back to me and is going to take care of the print and re-send it. I always judge a company by how they handle customers issues - I do recommend them!

Gum ball prize!

Horrible… key chain came on a rinky dink chain and ring. Spent $30 to give to a friend for the passing of her dog… so embarrassed to even give to her… looks like I won it in a gum ball machine…plus I had to clean it.

Great work!

They customized a piece to our exact requests and even sent us the design first to ensure it was correct. They were prompt with responses and received the item in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the canvas and can't wait to give it as a gift!
