DILYPOD STOLE MY MONEY!

My daughter was graduating from college and I wanted a customized t shirt to wear that day. I saw that Dilypod could make one and offered overnight shipping for 49.95. I paid for the overnight shipping only to receive my shirt 5 days later. I've sent numerous emails asking fir the difference back in shipping but no one has responded. Very misleading and false business strategy and even worse customer service. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A DILYPOD!!!

DON'T ORDER FROM DILYPOD!!!

I ordered mother's day canvas with photos of me n my mom on April 23rd 2023 and they sent a terrible canvas. Photos were not edited correctly. Could not reach customer support whatsoever amd It's very difficult to communicate with DilyPOD because they have no customer service number.
They said they will send another one n will correct the problem after finally responding to my emails but I have not received anything!!!
I emailed them 4 different days and no response!?!?!?
Incredible!!!!
This was a mother's day gift and it's now May 16th with no item received.
I want a refund of $54.78 ASAP!!!
I will also be reporting this to Better Business Bureau
DILYPOD... YOU GUYS SUCK!!!

I ordered the canvas that says " you're the piece that holds us together" for my mom for mother's days. I finally received it & it looks awful & poorly made. The names aren't even. I'm so disappointed because the picture was so beautiful & I was so excited to get it. This was the first & unfortunately the last time I will order from here to expensive to receive something that looks like I could've made it cheaper! Not to mention I paid almost $40 extra to receive it in 2 days but didn't get it until 4. Never again!

I just ordered my first canvas. It will NOT be my last. It is beautiful absolutely wonderful. It arrived on time no damages, I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you

We truly apologize for the bad experience. We tried to verify your address using the USPS's tool but it was marked as an unknown address, and we couldn't create a shipping label for your order because we're afraid the package would be misdelivered or returned.

Please know that your situation was an exception. We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.

Anniversary Gift

My girlfriend loved her gift and got a lot of nice compliments when she wore it. I was very pleased when it arrived. I knew she would like it.

This is disgrace

This is disgrace . Nothing like what the picture showed . I got a piece of cardboard a two year could have made really 33.18 for a piece of crap . How do you live with yourself . I could get better at the dollar store !!!???

I ordered 2 canvas pictures of…

I ordered 2 canvas pictures of customized pool table art. Hoped they would look like the pictures do. They did! Beautiful! The one I ordered NOT to be personalized had our name on it and they were wonderful about sending another without our name! They do everything to make customers happy!!

Don’t Order!!!

We purchased a Christmas ornament for our son from Dilypod in November. We confirmed with Canada Post that the item was shipped without our name or street number and therefore never arrived. We contacted customer service who then reshipped the item (a month AFTER Christmas) and this time Canada Post confirmed that the package arrived with NO address or name?!! The package was sent back to Dilypod. Once again we have been in contact with customer service who now is willing refund only 50% of our purchase even though we never even received our item through no fault of our own. They refuse to and state that they are unable to alter the address on the shipping label and there’s nothing they can do about it. We are so disappointed and at this point plan to follow up with our bank to get our full refund.

Weeks before it was sent I asked them…

Weeks before it was sent I asked them not to send it and they just kept repeating that to be patient,it was on the way,but it hadn't been sent yet.I said to please NOT send it I didn't need it after all. This went on for weeks, back and forth. Then they said it was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong town, wrong address. They said they would find the product and deliver it to me and I said please don't, please reimburse me and don't resent it. Then they said to please be patient, it was on the way! So now I expect it will get to my mailbox tuesday and I want to return it, but I don't know if they will continue to ignore my request.

I was very disappointed with my order

I was very disappointed with my order. Very deceiving. I order 4 canvas painting 1-Go to sleep and give it to God which I wanted to hang in my bedroom over my bed head board. The size looked perfect online and large. Because it is displayed over a sofa which makes it look like a large size canvas. 2- The Lion of Judah 3- Lilly flower God says you are : 4- Warrior of God all 4 canvas were small like the size of a 8x10 frame. I am truly disappointed I want my full refund $140.00

Yes I Love My Shirts

Yes I love the shirts I ordered, they r just a little bit bigger in sizes, say if u wear an extra large u will need to get a large, but I love the shirts though will probley be ordering some more, But it does take like 2 and half weeks or so for the items to ship out, but yes differently can say it was worth the wait,

Not at all what I ordered

Not at all what I ordered. They make you think it some spectacular picture frame that they will have a picture printed and put in for you. It’s not at all that. It’s a cheaply made canvas of a frame with a random picture of their choosing in the spot for the picture. It’s not a picture frame like they show in the advertisements!

I ordered a memorial dog key chain for a friend who lost her dog that she had for 16 years. I am so disappointed with the product, I thought it was going to be ceramic and it looks like a cheap piece of plastic. Looks nothing like the picture. I personally will never order from this company again.

Pluses and minuses

I would like to leave a 5 star, because I loved my items. The reason for the 3 star is because I did not receive tracking numbers for each item. The door mat I ordered was showing sent in the confirmation email, but it was not. When I was able to reach customer service, they explained that the door mats take longer than the paintings and are sent from a different area. So, I spent about two and a half weeks waiting for a $40 door mat with no way to track it. I received the paintings/canvas prints quickly and I love them! When the door mat arrived, I was a bit disappointed that it was more for indoors than outdoors. The pictures looked like a sturdy rubber outdoor mat, but it's thinner and has no real texture for wiping feet. Still, once I was able to reach customer service, they were helpful. The products are good. Just make sure you read very carefully about what you are getting so you can avoid the mistake I made with the doormat.

Dont purchase the hats. Not what they appear to be.

Customer service! Great. No problems there. Shipping time ok. No problem there. Bought 2 nice looking hats from website. Paid a nice price for them. Received them through the mail. Looks like the mail man ran his route while using my hats for cushion. Still I understand they cant help that. My problem is there just not quality products. I haven't even reached out to Dilypod. Not worth the trouble. I Just dont recommend the hats. And my ORDER # was DL18795 in case this post is questioned. Paid $75.25 for these ill never were. If your a hat person youll understand.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I purchased christmas ornaments and the words appeared backwards on both and I had to constantly email them for a refund. I finally got the refund but I had to send pics and after they wanted to confer with the company. What’s to confer??? It’s spelled backwards for heavens sake. My Christmas presents are ruined. Why do I have to do jump through hoops to get a refund when obviously there is no quality control??? No apologies. They don’t like to refund. Stick to Amazon!
