Shaun took on the challenge of a very small wedding with significant dietary requirements and provided exceptional service, right through from communication to tastings to delivering on the big day. He accommodated a bespoke menu and every dish was well presented and delicious. Always happy to adapt with a minimum of stress, I’d gladly ask Shaun to cater for us again’

I recently celebrated a big birthday with 28 friends at a sit down dinner - catered by Shaun and his team. It was the stand out part of the weekend. The food (canapés and a 3 course meal) were superb. We had great options to chooses from. Everyone loved it. They were lovely to work with, dealt with us brilliantly and it really was excellent value for money. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Shaun!

Dinner with Shaun was the most amazing & memorable experience for our son's 18th birthday celebrations! His incredible 3 course dinner was loved by all the boys who attended - one said it was the best meal he'd ever had! Shaun was an absolute pleasure to work with, happily bespoking the menu for us to fit the guests. We were very jealous & can't wait to book for us adults!

This is the second time we have used Dinner with Shaun and it was every bit as good as the first time.
The food was absolutely delicious and we were so full we couldn’t manage the cheese at the end - served with honey from Shaun’s own beehives.
We had an amused bouche of caviar and white chocolate, scallops or steak tartare, lobster tagliatelle or beef wellington, a palate cleanser of a mini lemon tart, and chocolate torte or pineapple mousse - followed by the cheese we couldn’t eat and home made dark chocolate truffles.
It was such a treat to have friends round and not have to be in and out of the kitchen, cooking. I could relax with a nice glass of fizz and let Shaun take care of everything - even laying the table with our own dinner service.
He also washed and dried everything except for our glasses and the plates we were using for the cheese. And the kitchen was also left spotless.
Thoroughly recommend Dinner with Shaun - you won’t be disappointed!!

We had the best experience from start to finish. Shaun helped us work out a plan with our budget and made food all in season. We had a large hen do and it was perfectly executed on the evening and even cleared everything up in the house we were staying in. Would def recommend Shaun and his team and wish we had done the wine pairing as well. Great service and thanks for a great evening!

Shaun you are an absolute genius …. I have eaten at Michelin star restaurants in the past and this tops the lot…. If you haven’t booked a meal before with Shaun you are missing out….the man is a food magician ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service from Shaun and his team. Wonderful food. Would highly recommend. He managed to cook outstanding food for 28 people in a normal size kitchen. And was very accommodating when I needed to change numbers/orders.

Shaun provided a two course dinner with wine pairing, and arrival drinks and canapes for our small wedding reception of 14 people.

His food was excellent and our guests loved everything. He was great at tweaking the menu to meet our tastes and to cater for dietary needs (vegan) before the event.

He also spoke very well about his food when serving which added to the overall experience.

A great dining experience! From start to finish Shaun made the dinner easy to plan and deliver. The menus gave plenty to choose from. Shaun is really responsive and he and his team are friendly and great to have in your home cooking such delicious and interesting food. Can’t recommend enough - allowed a group of friends to enjoy a wonderful meal at home (with newborn babies in-tow!).

This is the second time that Shaun has provided food for us. Before it was a stunning meal cooked at our home and this time a beautiful Beef Wellington prepared and delivered to us for Christmas. Both times Shaun has exceeded our expectations and produced the most delicious food. We are delighted to have found an exceptional chef who provides a wonderful service which is value for money without any cut backs in quality. Will definitely be using Shaun’s services again! We had an amazing dinner last night. Mascarpone spiced soup with sun dried tomato focaccia, and lobster en croute which was amazing, along with gluten free bread and sticky toffee pudding and roulade, lobster bisque, Potato gratin and broccoli all prepped by dinners at Shaun. Not the first time he’s prepared food for us and it was brilliant as per usual. Hence why we will keep going back.

Amazing, what a wonderful experience. I thought to myself if I book another restaurant or event, how much different will it be?
Then I recalled some friends frankly raving about dinner with Shaun. Ah ha I thought. This could be a game changer, and it certainly was. From first contact professional but personal, focused and special.
The team arrived, we left centre stage and watched them build the experience in front of us. Canapés came outside to out make shift gazebo and champagne, after that it got better and better. Can I recommend it - yep do it all day long! Will I do it again - yep all day long. And I’m going to try his other offerings like the hog roast next year. A wonderful experience for a special milestone birthday party. Everything was seamless and I didn’t have to worry about organising or managing anything on the night with my kitchen left better than when Shaun arrived! The food was outstanding with beautiful cooked beef. My whole family loved it and I would highly recommend. Shaun is so knowledgable about both the food and the wine pairings he selected for us.

Firstly I’d like to say a massive thank you to Shaun and his team for the amazing food he cooked and served, they made the process so effortless for me from start to finish.
I have never used in house chefs before for any dinner parties, let alone a big birthday for over 40 people but Shaun made it so easy and I would definitely
do this again.
Nothing was a problem for Shaun and from the initial chat I new this was going to work.
Food was great and service on the night was exceptional.
All my guest commented on the food - and trust me I have some fussy guests.
And the best part was my kitchen was left spotless at the end of the night - all I had to do was wash the glasses.

Shaun and Christine catered for our Wine Club Members summer Barbeque, and we couldn't have been happier with the quality of the food, communication, and on-the-day organisation - loads of our Wine Club Members took their details as they were delighted with their lunch!

We had the pleasure of having Dinner with Shaun feed us for a lovely family celebration this week with everything taken care of - from laying the table through to washing up. Through the whole process from initial enquiry to tidying up Shaun and his partner were professional and courteous and the food was amazing. We were a group of six adults and two children - and they took great care of all of us, with a range of vegetarian options for two, and plain old chips, broccoli and carrots and ice cream for the children, which they loved. All the dishes and the wine pairings were carefully explained. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Dinner With Shaun and would happily use them again.
