The kneepads I got were great
The kneepads I got were great. Just be aware that the company is in France so if you're in the US, shipping will take a couple weeks. I didn't notice that until after I placed my order. Customer service was great.

Compre un balón de voley pero tras 17 días todavía no lo he recibido y lo peor es que ni ellos mismos saben decirme donde está.
Pésimo servicio y eso que me cobraron 10€ de gastos de envío.
Como era para un regalo y ya no llegará a tiempo he solicitado el reembolso del importe del balón y los gastos de envío al completo ya que no he recibido nada.
Veremos como se portan con la devolución pero intuyo, viendo su actitud despreocupada, que tampoco me lo van a resolver de manera rápida y eficiente.
Os informaré de como ha ido...

🚫Día 20 de enero🚫: sigo sin haber recibido ni el balón ni el dinero...alejaros de esta página, en serio, hay sitios mucho mejores donde comprar en línea.
🚫Día 21 de enero🚫: respuestas de copia y pega para que parezca que se preocupan pero siguen sin dar ninguna solución, ni tengo el balón ni me han devuelto el dinero todavía.
No os dejéis engañar. Quien después de leer esto compre en esta página que no diga que nadie le había avisado.
🚫Día 24 de enero🚫: lo que faltaba... ahora después de más de 20 días de haber recibido un correo confirmando el pedido, un correo confirmando el envío y una factura del cobro, y de excusarse constantemente con problemas en el transporte por parte de la empresa Colissimo, ahora me dicen que hay un problema con el pago, que no se completó correctamente, lo cual es evidentemente mentira ya que tengo la factura y el registro del movimiento bancario para demostrarlo y además de ser así jamás me hubieran enviado el producto y el registro del envío aparece en el track de la empresa de transporte como enviado y en curso.
Esta empresa es un chiste, jamás había visto tal incompetencia.
Por si fuera poco me envían una encuesta para ver si estoy contento con la compra....jajajajaja.
Vaya inútiles!!!!
🚫Dia 30 de enero🚫; seguimos igual...les demuestro con la factura y extracto bancario que el pago esta correcto, me piden disculpas y me dicen que me lo envían de nuevo y ahora una semana después ,oh sorpresa, me vuelven a decir que ha habido un problema con el transporte...OTRA VEZ...
El modo de operar de esta empresa es abusivo y vergonzoso, lo primero que hacen es cobrarte y después si el material no te llega se excusan en que es un problema del transporte. Si solicitas que te devuelvan el dinero te dicen que no pueden porque tienen que hablar con la agencia primero, después que ha habido un problema con el pago, después que te lo volverán a enviar y nuevamente que ha habido un problema con el transporte...todo lo que sea necesario para no hacerse responsables...UNOS SIN VERGUENZAS !!!!
Ahora podrán aquí abajo su respuesta de copia y pega porque no tienen vergÜenza...
YA HE CONTACTADO CON SU SERVICIO DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE Y NO RESUELVEN NADA SOLO EXCUSAS Y FALSAS PROMESAS.

He tenido que presentar una reclamación en la oficina europea de consumo (CEC), pronto recibirán noticias.
