I like the real fast shipment. However, what went wrong for me is:
1. 10 minutes after I made the order I realized that the size is wrong. There is no way to cancel the order on the web site! I emailed the customer support right away. When they came back to me the next morning (they are in France apparently!) they told me that it's too late and the order has shipped already. So, I had to wait for it to arrive and now I need to spend $30 to send it back (on a $115 order). This is a bad experience buying clothing as often times it won't fit and there needs to be a good way to return it. Getting a store in the US would help for sure, so I don't have to ship Nike shoes across the ocean twice.
2. Customer support is in French. I get it, you folks are in France but you are doing business in the USA and you can't expect customer to speak French here. Thank Google Translate that made it less of a problem but this was another unnecessary hurdle. I actually did not know that the office is in France until I had to talk to Customer Service.
