I ordered a paddling pool in good faith…
I ordered a paddling pool in good faith from these people. It arrived in a battered box. On opening, the whole pool was covered in dirt and mould and you can tell from the way it was packed that it had been used. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Absolutely shocking. I can not believe they would knowingly send something out like this is on such a state. I’m totally horrified DO NOT USE!!!!

My order was cancelled the next day without any explanation the email just said cancelled and that was it, it doesn’t give the customer much confidence in your company I’m afraid.

Item paid for but not available?
I ordered a kettle then a few days later I was informed it was not available and my money would be returned. I have not yet received the refund.

Couldn't find the item on direct to public kept trying everyday then I did find it but kept not taking my voucher got in touch with both companies wowcher got in touch followed what they sent so eventually was able to buy it and my greatgrandson loves it would by from them again I dont know what I was doing wrong but I'm sure it was me at fault thank you Direct2Publik
