Everything was broken/opened. Just a lot of cr*p tbh. Tried emailing and calling them for a refund and they hung up on me and never replied to my email. Do not purchase from them!!

No communication when i try to phone them they dont respond some of their phone numbers are not recognised i have been waiting now for three days for my item to arrive and still waiting ( order number 50129098 item number 61631808) certainly not impressed with this company .

Delivery was quick and I was very impressed by the product

I have ordered Dashcam. Arrived early but faulty and not brand new it’s been used before has scratches z front and back. Which is very disappointing never had that bad experience before still waiting for problem to be resolved. Got email will get back to you in 24hrs I hope I will have my money back.

Paid extra for next day delivery, first they emailed to say it m was dispatched, then they emailed saying slight delays, only to completly stop responding via email. Then item turns up a week later. The item itself is very poor quality l, I haven't used it nor do I intend to. Avoid at all cost

Resolved issue with damaged item within 24hrs

Unfortunately my items were out of stock. The problem was I wasn't informed at point of ordering, waited over a week for delivery and to date, another week later, ive still not received my money back

The company itself was great communication was great but the service was let down by the courier.My order was stuck with EVRI/Hermes from 31/7/25 until 06/08/25 with no communication from them

Lists Items for Sale that they don't have stock of and hides that fact from you for over a week, before they REFUND YOU!

They are brilliant
I went to collect and had to pay cash (only pay cash when coming for collection) which is a minus, but I can't fault the cheap price and quality of what I bought.
I'll defo come again

Still waiting for delivery one week on. I'm beginning to doubt that the delivery will be made at all.

Perhaps direct2public should consider a different delivery service to Evri.

My products were due to arrive on Saturday afternoon but only arrived Monday morning. No problem at all with the product or the delivery but we had waited in for it.

I innocently ordered a swimming pool on Wowcher through this company promised delivery within days. No delivery and when I try to contact they send an email saying my delivery is on a pallet. No answer ftom phones No reply on wassup. Where is my purchase? Who knows ? But they certainly took hundreds of pounds ftom me.

Received email notification 14th July to state item had been shipped, payed extra for next day delivery, still waiting for item 7 days later, purchased from this company based on good reviews but my experience has been bad and frustrating to say the least.

The product I purchased is unavailable in the store. My money has been charged. I receive a notification that the order is being prepared for shipping. The next day, I receive another message saying they don't have what I ordered and will refund my money in a few days. I don't recommend it.

Poor customer service, if you need to return an item they are happy to accept it back but when it comes to refunding your money you will have to chase them. Won’t buy from them again

A box full of tat I would not purchase any mystery boxes as u will possibly only get 1or 2 items of interest

Ordered a corded drill from this dodgy company supposed to be new!
I think I got somebodies damaged return. No response from company what so ever to my emails. terrible customer service, don’t reply to emails or answer phone.
They knew when they dispatched it that it was damaged and used.
I would definitely avoid this company like the plague, taking people’s money under false pretence.
Don’t know how they sleep at night , no brain , no conscience.
