Well priced, long delivery time
Well priced, string upgrades a nice touch.
However I placed my order on the 7th (a wednesday), and it wasn't despatched until the 12th, which meant I didn't get it until the 16th. The gap from 12th to 16th is on Royal Mail, but it took too long to reach despatch stage. Will try central sports next time.

Best of the best for badminton equipments
It is more than 5 stars! I ordered the badminton racquet Yonex 1000z on Thursday night. They stringed it per my requirement on Friday and I received it on Saturday afternoon. All these stringing and delivery are free of charge. Btw, I forgot to mention their price is not only the best in UK, better than the price in Japan (where it was made) and Hong Kong (where normally the best place on earth to buy due to 0% import tax).

Disappointing experience. Ordered Yonex Wet Super Grap. Purple colour pictured on website significantly differs from colour in reality. Placed order on 2nd of January, delivered 12th of Jan.

Accessible and affordable
Easy to navigate and understand. They provided me with good information in terms of the strings and tension. Prices are good compared to other popular sites such as Amazon. Wait time wasn’t too long despite it being holiday season. In terms of the racket I haven’t had much time to use it but it holds pretty well and seems good. Would definitely recommend and likely to buy another racket again from here if I need to.

Good place to get badminton racket and shoe
Was recommended by a friend to use this site for badminton rackets and shoes. I like the fact that the site have very reliable postage. I also appreciate that when choosing a racket, you can actually choose a strong you want and select a preferred tension too. Other site lack this feature which I really appreciate. 1 extra suggestion is, it would be amazing if there is an extra comment option that goes with the purchase for customer to add extra information. Other than that, superb experience.

Poor customer service
It’s been a week and still no communication on my order. Called customer service and was told the arrives “on or before” info at checkout is an “estimate not a guarantee”. No information, no apology. In a time of consistent updates and fast delivery, that’s just poor customer service

Sorry, can only give 1 star so far as the products were expected to arrive on 22/12/25 when I ordered.
Took a day-off to wait for the delivery, but the tacking only shows ‘sender has dispatched on 18/12/25’.
Completely understand it’s busy time of the year, but still no update so far.

I got an amazing product. But paying extra money to get delivery quicker is not worthiet.
I got an amazing product, but for delivery, they charge me 4.95 pounds to deliver in 3 working days. But the actual delivery took 5-7 working days, which was so annoying.
