This is the second moped I have had from them. Their prices and service is good. They are very helpful and quick to answer questions I had. Overall very happy experience and delighted with my mopeds.

I ordered a bike from these a few weeks back then cancelled 5/6 days later within the 14 day cooling of period which they tried to say didnt apply as per my emails say from them and they kept £200 after much hassle i got it returned they made out they lost money due to my order being canceled yet when asked to provide proof about that they failed to produce any to me and said it was for delivery yet nothing was shipped, delivered to me as bike wasnt due for several weeks but you pay for delivery or any returns to them so how did they lose money i did a check with companys house and this company has been struck off before hmm these bikes are shipped from china as clearly states on there website so always best to make sure they comply with our standards and having looked around on alibaba you can purchase simaler bikes for £400/500 i would never recomend this company to anyone EVER i can only advise please keep your money and look elsewhere there are far better deals out there worse company ive ever dealt with i shop online for everything i gave them 1 star as there is no option for NO STARS guys please go take at look at companys house records and have a read there is 4 companys with simlier names always best to check who run them etc and make your own minds up

i cancelled the order to you and have provided trustpilot with all my emails and bank statements of mine to confirm i purchased a bike and paid the xtra 70 pounds the next day for delivery as i had not clicked the del box as never noticted it as per my email to you clearly states i still have that also and my bank statement confirms this yet you say i didnt according to your responce and that you cancelled the order hmm my email to you shows it was me also i sent reg mail stating i was cancelling to you DID you forget this i have it all here if you did bad memory i guess you have indeed i also sent evidence about all 4 simaler companies on companies house records to trustpilot everyone go check please pay attention to the directors of each one isnt that correct seems you been a director on all 4 including the one stuck off and a active proposal to strike off another one currently ongoing and a new one recently set up guess what your the director of that one as well hmm why is that eah are you going to say the goverment records are wrong ? this is all public info anyone can access it i also sent all that to trustpilot i still have all this to confirm if you wish to dispute it and if everyone goes and checks companies house records and check who the directors was seems your on all of them and yes you can buy simaler bikes on alibaba for 400/500 pounds again guys go have a look are you telling me that that website is also telling lies ? also you wanted me to remove my review and you will give me the 200 back ( email provided to trustpilot ) your own website states where you import your bikes from i also have that kept as i have no intention of letting this matter go and dealing with tradeing standards about your company your the worse company ive ever dealt with and can you EXPLAIN how 4 simaler companies slight difference in name all with the same mailing address and youve been director on all 4 of them all i can advise to anyone wising to purchase a bike from these is save your money and buy else where FACT
can you answer these questions as a service provider to me or any future customers
1) provide evidence of where you purchase your bikes from
2) can you provide proof you cancelled my purchase yourselfs and it was not me that did it
3) can you provide evidence your bikes are checked by fully quailfied british mechnics before you pass them on to customers
4) can you provide proof you never asked me to remove my review in exchange to get my 200 pound back
5) can you provide proof that you have not been a director on all four companies with simalar names on companies house records
can you answer and provide proof to trustpilot about your reply to me and the allegation you imply i will email trustpilot later after i finish work and ask them to contact you to provide evidence to you responce to me since you have made this claim in it i will also look to see if i have a legal case against you for defermation
if you cannot back up your claim i have provided full evidence to confirm my review hence trustpilot checked and verified what i wrote it just seems you try to hide/flag any bad reviews you dont like =)

Buying a moped was very easy and straightforward. All the staff were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. All my questions were answered very quickly by email. Made sure I understood the difference between mopeds. Extremely fast delivery next day. A good moped at a good price. Definitely recommend.

Recently bought a 50cc retro moped from them. It has been a pleasure to deal with the company. Smooth transaction, great moped.

I left a negative review previously, received an email from direct bikes telling me that if I don’t remove it they will be contacting the dvla to cancel my registration.

The bike was ok, but after 200 miles bits of the plastic are starting to come loose.

the customer service is shocking and the threats you receive if you leave a negative review!! I wonder if this has anything to do with the large gaps in the dates of reviews? I wonder if they have used the same scare tactics on there?

The bike(I bought a 50cc Panther) I think is very good value for money, came quickly and works well. After sales is good if you use email, but they never seem to answer the telephone, even though it seems to be a fairly high tech system. Overall though, am pleased with the product.

Straight forward from start to finish. The whole process was simple. I pressed order. Company took care of the rest. Scooter came very quickly, covid friendly delivery and lovely quality.

I ordered a scooter for my son from Direct Bikes. Then my heart sank as i read some awful reviews and immediately became concerned. I emailed them, and they replied to all my emails, even at 11pm. My concerns were groundless, they delivered the bike on time, and although they do not complete the registration forms, they do help with any questions you have to fill them in. I personally would pay them extra to do this as i hate filling forms out and risk making mistakes, however, i understand they do this to keep the prices low. I would not be worried about ordering another bike from them as i have had really good customer service from them.

Nothing but trouble since I got my 125cc python scooter first of all you have to register the whole thing from scratch took me 6 months to figure out then my wing mirror snapped off at the weld then my speed gauge stopped working then my exhaust snapped off and a bolt that was holding the frame on came loose now I can’t find a exhaust to fit the model of my scooter and the websites they gave me to get a spare part don’t even sell them would never buy a Chinese model again
