Excellent service
Excellent service, quick and efficient. Paul went out of his way to send dimensions and information on the door handle I was looking for. Great prices and good to find some old fashioned customer service. Would definitely recommend the company.

First class service
We received first class service from Paul. It was very refreshing to speak to someone who helped you with a query. He checked stock for us and we were able to order exactly what we wanted. Our door handles are really nice. Delivery was free as we spent over the allocated amount and we were kept updated throughout that period. Our order arrived very quickly too which was what we needed. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.

Second to none!!
Direct Door Handles always have the stock i need ready for dispatch and the customer service i’ve received is second to none. I have had items delivered but also collected items too when i’ve needed them same day.
Paul gave me a little tour of the warehouse when i went to collect an order. It was clean and tidy and all staff were friendly!!

I have to say that Direct Door Handles have delivered outstanding customer service. On initial enquiry I experienced a professional and friendly service, advising the owner would call me back concerning my enquiry. Low and behold Paul promptly called back and spent time helping me to select the correct
products in a professional way. I explained I needed the products urgently. Paul then rang back to keep me posted on every step of the order situation. Having experienced so many examples of poor customer service, I'm delighted to say my faith has been restored. If only all companies delivered this level of service! Thanks Paul and Team.
