Thank you Direct Entertainment Services for amazing service. Bouncy castle was delivered the day before, everything was prepared and hasle free. My daughter had amazing birthday party. 🙂

The bouncy castle we chose was installed and removed efficiently with no fuss. The children loved the castle and used it all day until it was removed in the evening. I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Entertainment and we will definitely use them again in future.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Harry - really communicative (which is rare these days), efficient on set up and take down of the castle and amazing value for money. 5* service from start to finish, will 100% recommend and use again!

The pizza service was great. Although Harry had to work with reduced facilities this did not impact on the quality of the pizzas produced. Great taste, plenty of toppings and delivered in a timely fashion. Great service and would certainly recommend.

From start to finish the whole process of booking was very professional- Harry is lovely and very accommodating indeed. The guys that set up were remarkable, polite, efficient and very professional. I can not fault anything at all and highly recommend the whole team. One thing I will say to anyone that does book- when you’ve finished with the equipment stack it all together for the team to collect the next day as this makes their job just a little easier. After all we had such a fun time using their equipment why not help. Overall my experience was a non fault!!! I am looking forward to holding another party and will be booking other items too. Thanks to Harry and all the team for your hard work and efforts. I’d accidentally booked the wrong day and they were so accommodating in changing the date. Also delivered in the morning efficiently and collected in the afternoon. My son had a great day and loved it. Will defo use them again

Was easy to book and arrange, product delivered was excellent, highly recommended!

Made the booking quite late the night before and was a little nervous as to whether or not it would actually come. But to my surprise I got a message 15 mins before arrival at 8am!!! I was sooo impressed. Was then contacted to pick time of collection which met my needs perfectly. Great service, very efficient and friendly. Honestly, so happy. My kids were so excited. Thank you so much.
