Been using Direct Gap for around 8 years now, as have all of my family. Always great customer service with genuinely nice, friendly, helpful staff. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Keep up the great work

Haley was extremely personable and I was able to purchase my insurance policy over the phone very easily with all the policy details sent straight away by email. I feel confident that, should I have any queries, I would be able to speak to someone at the company as well as using the online service.
