my ama fusion scissors arrived within 2days royal mail signed for.im very pleased with them theyre light and cut beautiful.ive reccommended them to colleagues.
My wife swears by these brushes unfortunately hers were old so I’ve replaced them she has very curly hair frizzy worth every penny thank you

Total scam company
Total scam company. Ordered hairdressing scissors I have previously bought numerous times from them.
I'm left handed and made a mistake and ordered the right handed version, I sent them back at my own expense and was told they have been used and sent my pictures of scissors that had been used but not mine as I can't use them as I'm left handed.
they offered to fix the scissors for £20 .

Upon your return of the incorrect handed scissors, the Kyoto scissor engineer could clearly see hairs on the blade and under the screw assembly once taken apart along with damage to both blades which in their words had been "potentially dropped to cause the chipping to the blade".
We offered the service of these scissors or to return to you in their present condition as they were not returned in their original condition or fit for resale. Had they been returned in their original condition we would have gladly swapped them over to the left handed version you actually required.
We apologise you feel this is a scam but this return had not been done in alignment with our terms and conditions. We try to find the best solution for any issue presented but on this instance we could only offer to have these serviced and or returned to yourself

He comprado una tijera de marca kyoto por esta página. TODAVIA no ha llegado. El correo dice que hay incidencia técnica de retraso pero el vendedor no hace nada para resolver el problema.
