I ordered a plant through Robert Dias but was sold by Plants Direct. Around 2 weeks after receiving it the plant started to die and I reached out to Robert Dias to resolved this, who informed me they would speak to Direct Plants to offer a solution.

Literally spent the last two weeks back and forth as the plant very quickly died only to be told that theres nothing they can do and Plants Direct won't replace the plant as it's out of their timeframe for replacements, even though I reached out less than 30 days after I received the plant. Even though they offer a 100% guarantee, clearly it means nothing. First time i've ever ordered a plant online that has died.

I should have known the plant wasn't going to do well when I noticed the trimmed tips were brown, which now has spread across the whole plant and it's died.

On time and well boxed, will deffinately use you again

Carrier (DX) delivered on time and had taken care to read the instructions (keep upright). Delivered intact no damage.

My wife bought me a shrub for my Birthday She ordered it on the Tuesday and arrived on the Friday It was well packed although a couple of bits where broken of as you would expect when travelling in a van I would highly recommend this company one the prices are fair and delivery is unbelievable and don't overdo charge on the postage

A great buying experience from start to finish. Communication was good throughout and we knew exactly when our trees were arriving. This is the 2nd order from Direct plants and certainly won’t be our last. The trees arrived very healthy and packaged well. The trees we bought last year are doing fantastic and this encouraged us to return to buy more but a different kind of tree. The information on the web is great as we needed trees that were suitable for large pots and the information was there for us. Great company.

Lovely plant. Tall, fully flowering and it's ready to plant out after a settling into the garden period. It was infested with white fly but a quick spray seems to have settled the problem. Packaged well for safe delivery and reasonable price🪻✨️😊

We have just taken delivery of the most beautiful fruit trees and are delighted with this company. The order was made on Saturday, 25th April. An e mail on the 28th April confirmed the delivery date of Wednesday, 29th April which is when they were delivered - 3 working days. Incredible, especially as the Nursery is in Norfolk - we live in Northumberland ! The dwarf peach and plum trees were very carefully packed and arrived undamaged. They are a good size, larger than expected, the foliage is healthy, vibrant and disease-free. They are beautiful. The free Cotinus Royal Purple plant is a good size and very much appreciated - and equally healthy. Thank you so much to all at Direct Plants for your excellent service. Perhaps should say that, prior to our order, we did consider the Trustpilot reviews and were slightly hesitant due to the 10% (4) 1 star reviews but decided to go with the 87% who gave 4/5 stars. So very pleased we did. These fruit trees are a delight.

Beautiful plants that arrived in really great condition - you can tell they’ve been well looked after. Delivery was quick, which was a nice surprise, and everything was packaged securely so nothing was damaged in transit.
