Outstanding Customer Service and Perfect Delivery Timing!
I ordered my trees well in advance, hoping delivery would align with my two-week annual leave. Immediately after placing the order, I contacted customer support to ask if delivery could be scheduled within that specific window—excluding two specific dates when no one would be home to receive them.
They responded promptly, confirming they could accommodate my request, and delivered exactly as promised! They even included clear delivery instructions on the outer packaging specifying my preferred dates and when to avoid delivery.
Extremely impressed with their quick communication, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

The tree was packaged well but sadly the company you used delivered it to the wrong address !!!
We were contacted by neighbours and a friend very kindly used a sack barrow to wheel it round to us !!!!!!

I am quite disappointed with the trees. Both of them arrived looking very shrivelled and in need of water. Even the delivery driver commented on their poor appearance. The netting they were wrapped in also meant they were quite squished during transit. Not sure if they will survive now they are planted.

Ornamental Trees are a good company. Easy to order, pay, etc. However the delivery company XDP swamp with emails before the package is even with them. I just want to know when the parcel is on its way and when it’s arriving. I don’t want to know that they’re waiting for the plant or any preliminaries! But all 3 plants arrived at their 3 destinations beautifully packed. The recipients were very pleased with their gifts.

Beautiful Maple
Beautiful, mature maple tree which I had been very excited to get. I spoke to the Customer Service team a few times and they were very helpful and had answers to all my questions.
Delivery was smooth and the driver called me 30 mins before. The tree was as quoted in size. Thank you all you are a great team.
