Discount Equestrian UK Ltd Avis 

I had a message from EVRI on 28/09/24 to say they had my parcel for delivery, I’m still waiting, terrible service. Won’t be using Discount Equestrian again

Ordered jodhpurs on 25th July, only to be told they were actually out of stock. Still waiting, still not arrived, still not refunded. Lack of communication from them apart from a few emails promising delivery, then still nothing. Cannot recommend. Hope I eventually receive what I ordered!

Exceptional service received from Discount Equestrian after ordering a bridle that wasn’t in stock. I received an email explaining that the product couldn’t be found in the warehouse and would be shipped directly from Henry James Saddlery. As promised it arrived in a speedy manner and is perfect. Don't order from Discount Equestrian, apparently they think it's cool to take an order, not even bother shipping it for 3 weeks, and then when you email to ask about it they send a one sentence reply that isn't even typed properly, saying they'll send it next week.

As if 4 weeks is ever an acceptable time to wait for 2 bloody hat silks 🤣 they apparently didn't even think it was worth emailing me to let me know about the delay - which they gave no reason for, so there is no reason, they're just bad at what they do, which is literally just sending things in the post so it can't be that hard.

Worst customer service I've ever seen, and that is seriously saying something considering the places I've worked. No real apology, explanation or offer of any good will.

This is a UK company so 4 weeks just to SHIP two tiny hat silks is absolutely abysmal.

Excellent company to deal with. I ordered an Equicoat and had pondered over sized as I know they are very generous. It was sent very quickly, but unfortunately I felt it was a little too small (my fault).
I called for some advise on sizings as I didn't want to get it wrong again! Barbara was brilliant, she went into the store and tried on various sizes for me, then called me back with her spot on verdict. She even said she would put the coat aside so that it would be ready to go out as soon as the first one was returned.
A very competitive price, fast service and friendly helpful staff.
Would definitely use again in the future.

I placed an order 6 working days ago and no update on when my items will even be shipped. Only info given when placing order is that shipping takes 1-5 working days. Hoping these items will arrive in the next few days as they are urgently needed now.

Had the Supplement I needed at a cheaper price. Orderedit on the easter holiday monday and opted for free delivery. To my real surprise it arrived in 48 hours on the Thursday! Great communication from company too 👏
