Delivery Partner should be sacked!
I placed an order on the 6th October with this company as in the past they have always been good on price, service and delivery. NOT this time. They use EVRI and they are beyond awful. I had an email from them advising they had the goods and would deliver on the 12th which was disappointing anyway but then as usual with Evri, the next email was delaying delivery and then sorry we are unable to deliver today - NO reason. Next day an email with a delivery time, an update to change the time and then NO delivery! Just Horse Riders have been supportive BUT they need to sort this out with their chosen delivery partner as it will affect my decision on whether to use them going forward! BEWARE.

Your order was dispatched on 6 October, the same day it was placed, using Evri’s 24-hour service, with delivery expected the following day. Evri subsequently advised that a processing incident, followed by reported access difficulties, had delayed delivery.
We offered a replacement as soon as you made us aware of the delay. You were initially happy to allow the original parcel more time to arrive; once you confirmed it remained undelivered, we dispatched a replacement with a different courier.
Although an alternative courier was available at checkout for a small additional charge, we fully appreciate that you expected the selected service to deliver on time.
We value your custom and understand your disappointment, particularly given your previous positive experiences with us. Thank you for your patience while we work to put this right.

Bought Slow Flow mini haynet by Hy
Bought Slow Flow mini haynet by Hy. Product was sent very quickly so no complaints about the shop or their handling of my order. My one big gripe is the useless haynet. I thought the string for hanging it up looked too thin and flimsy and sure enough it snapped on first use. I’ve tied a knot in it and will see how long it lasts this time. I would no recommend anyone to buy this product.
