I am writing this final communication regarding Order #23838, purchased on August 22, 2026, for the total amount of £142.84.

Due to your exceptionally poor customer service, refusal to resolve this matter fairly, and unwarranted threats of legal action against me, I am now officially initiating a formal bank chargeback to recover my funds.

Let this letter also serve as a clear warning to future buyers regarding the misleading and deceptive specifications advertised by your company:

The Product: Hikvision iDS-7204HQHI-M1/XT 4 Channel AcuSense H.265.
The Issue: This is not a true 3K unit as advertised. It is a "3K-Lite" unit, which does not output true 3K resolution. Selling this item under the guise of a standard 3K unit is misleading to consumers.
Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns and processing a straightforward return for a misrepresented product, your company chose to threaten me with court action. Since you have welcomed taking this matter further, I will gladly let my bank, trading standards, and relevant consumer protection agencies handle the dispute.

Do not contact me further except to confirm the processing of my refund. Otherwise, all future correspondence will be handled directly through my bank's fraud and chargeback department.

Whilst researching for a CCTV system for my house I came across this company. Having looked at the reviews it appeared they were worth looking at. Whether you can trust reviews is another thing however there were many very good reviews. Coincidentally the firm are located close to my sons in Manchester. I duly contacted them and Dillon was more than helpful in confirming my own thoughts on my requirements. In short time they had dispatched my system. On arrival I started a bench test of the system. It transpired during this I had messed up the settings. On contacting Dillon (very patient) he put me onto Alex who set up a WhatsApp video call in an attempt to reconfigure the system. (Amazing!) As my son was returning to Manchester it was decided he would take the system back with him for Dillon and Alex to reconfigure. A week after I collected the system and they had reset everything and labelled what connected to what so all I have had to do is follow their guidance when installing, all straight forward. This maybe longwinded however it proves the accuracy of their previous reviews and all I can say is thanks very much Dillon and Alex and of course recommend them to you.
