pitty, the feadback department seems to deform meanings on feadback trying to remove its actual meaning rather then responding to its actual point. (I had to edit this review to hopefully prevent its misrepresentation)

The name of the website wasn't promising,
Website is very cheaply made (seems like if it was done by some Indian from fiver.com).
To react on misunderstanding, this has nothing to do with fancy, but rather the lack of features available in common sales web packages including free ones, such as ubercart (EG ability to filter by atributes like " Real night vision" or the fact that payment options stated at the boyyom are pictures controlled by with meaning that because Mastercard has long name its hard to read (these kind of things do not happen to profesional web designers, but are completely OK for beginners)... Implication that this has anything to do with blink/aestetics is unreasonable... As a rule too much shine is usually a bad sign. It is regrettable when someone things that cheaply looking website means not fancy enough.
so I have used mine untrustworthy email there. Luckily it supports paypal as I would not trust that kind of site, to protect mine card details.
In regards to "SYSNET", I see no relevance of pointing it out.
It appears of no consequence, google (I have done to check if it was just mine ignorance) finds no reference to it of a real consequence (Fancy name means nothing), apart for being a business solution company that has overdue accounts :-) (company house info) and a supprising number of resignation on higher management within same year. That might be OK for a plumber, but rather bad for payment/business/internet security solutions company. i really see no benefit of reffering to somebody unknown (non-authority) as if if they where authority. Although advertising that you use somebody because its a requirement does not make you special, just good enough...
As stated both paypal and I am adding stripe are considered trustwordy companies.

Hopefully once you establish yourself you might have the funds to pay somebody European/skilled to design it properly.

Most cameras use description copied from manufacturers booklet often describing multiple products or variations even if only one is selected and doesn't state which option is the one sold: For example on cameras lenses it tells you which lenses are available, not which is sold here.
To respond to your answer: the issue I have was never a fact of copying, but the fact that when copying you forgot to remove data that refers to different versions. Such as claiming availability of multiple optics(not stated which is sold).
This coupled with of "full range" (Advertised in an Ajhua banner), that implies all of the options and a fact that the description does not state which applies to a product. Even if you limit yourself to two most common lenses that still leaves two options of 2.8mm and 3.6mm.
The request for multiple options on optic lens was not a complaint but request. Mine origin in Central Europe is irrelevant here, If I was from Iran (If I have guessed your workers accent correctly) or even Nigeria/India, when you target profesionals, you will get people that ask for bit more advanced options. That could have easily been one clearly shown camera with more options.
I would like to have a choice of lenses (but understand that in early stages you cant stock too many things).
Ebay style therminology.
Good prices for the cameras. (Not for the DVR's).
Unreasonably expensive deliveries.
While I understand that its too risky for startup to offer royal mail as an option and appreciate light speed DPD, maybe worth doing Evri as a cheaper option for those who like me keep cameras on stock and am happy to wait two three days for restocking.
Nobody is perfect strait away, so if they are new, these teathing issues are understandable. For establish business they are a bad sigh of degeneration.
I accept that Royal mail delivery is hit and miss and just because in mine area the African bloke who used to deliver for Evri is good, that ranges between areas.
I am not going to lower mine rating because of badly done response, as I have stated, you seem to have a lot of potential and hopefully you can get better by time and work.
