My experience with your WhatsApp representative was not smooth, they took longer times to reply, sometimes they didn’t even respond. They were not clear on the procedures of what I need to do.

The pedestals came smelling badly of glue. I had to put them outside my bedroom for over a week because I couldn’t sleep in a room smelling that much of glue for obvious reasons.
The pedestals did look as advertised so at least there’s that.

Discount decor has absolutely great quality furniture. My house looks gorgeous with the dining set I bought and TV unit.

The couch was even better than it looked in the pictures. The process was smooth and the consultant communicated effectively and she was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Almost two weeks, still have not received my order. And now im being told they don't have the colour I ordered. They also do not mention the deliver fee on the website. Only after you have bought, they now want R600 delivery fee. Paid using payflex, meaning I was going to pay in installments, i dont really have the extra R600 that they are demanding and worst of all there is a charge if u want to cancel the order.

I ordered a sleeper couch and was surprised at how easy the payment method was processed. An added bonus was same day delivery. Beautiful sleeper couch at the best price

Most of the time what you see online is not exactly what you get but my furniture was exactly as what I saw online and the decor drivers are very friendly and helpful when delivering the goods

We do not feel save to collect in Denver, we are also not willing to Pay R 900 delivery fee as it was not even mentioned anywhere on the website that there will be a delivery or what so ever. 

Please cancel the order and refunds my account.

I bought a floating unit in January I asked for refund because they didn't have stock. DO NOT BUY ONLINE! now it March and going into April. I really hate to follow up on my money like this maybe it might time to involve the law???

I ordered my office package Friday night, Saturday morning I received a call about and constant communication and feedback was given. I got my delivery same day. Just like the picture. I really love the service i received from Discount Decor. I now check out their website regularly for specials to buy cause it's also cheap.

You advertise things that are out of stock and expect us to wait for stock that must still be ordered,with the delivery date unknown.
Shop assistant not keeping me up to date, with my order unless I call and enquire.

I ordered the product online and was then called to be informed that they do not actually have stock of this product and I must choose something else which ended up in me having to make an additional R800 payment, I then chose something else and asked for it to be assembled, I got there and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the product to be released from dispatch which caused me to be late for an appointment and it was still not assembled, it was a flat pack. Once I then built the product at home, the doors on the cupboard do not close properly - there is a gap as the wood pieces are too short, overall I am highly disappointed and will not be making use of your services again.
