Order took more than 2 weeks to be delivered. Tried to follow up with their customer service to get updates on my order but they never answer the calls and emails. I will never order again!

Ordered 2 lots of perfume 1 arrived and the one ordered on 31st may hasn’t arrived would like an update please as can’t track it many thanks now July 4th still no reply to e mails and no perfume I'm 77 years old and my only pleasure is my perfume please explain

Ordered 6 fragrances. 4 smell atrocious and the other 2 broke after a week or so. The Dior Sauvage dupe is maybe the worst smelling fragrance I’ve ever had. The worst designer dupes out there. Avoid at all costs.

So easy to order and pay , the fragrances are lovely not had a bad one yet , I order x3 different ones each time I order. Any problems they will sort real quickly, saving a fortune on the real McCoy!!

Perfumes are nothing like they are a advertised
I saw an advert on Facebook advertising these. They had an enticing code so I wanted to try them out. I have received them today and I am absolutely disappointed. I ordered their Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb dupe and it smells nothing like it. I also ordered their orange scent which smells like hand sanitiser.
I am so disappointed and will be requesting a refund.
