What an amazing company
What an amazing company. Im totally new to the world of terrariums and was nervous ordering one online. DIYterrariums came up on a search engine and I bit the bullet and ordered their beginner diy kit with led glass jar. I was worried about shipping to northern ireland but I shouldn’t have. Their box arrived within 2 days and everything in the box was very, very well packaged with very detailed instructions. Quality and packaging was first class. Plants were fresh and beautiful with no damage. I loved putting it all together and am looking forward to it growing and thriving. Thank you Poppy and the team.

Received wrong plants
Good service. But i ordered 5 plants for closed terrariums and only one was suitable for a closed terrarium environment. I don’t know what to do with other 4 as i am sure they will die in closed terrarium setting.

Great service
Great service. Even though my plants were stuck in the sorting office due to heavy snow and unavailable staff for several extra days the plants were still in savable condition.

Lovely beginners terrarium
Lovely beginners terrarium, used it as my secret santa.
My only issue is that it took 5 days to deliver rather than the 48 hours as stated. Not your fault but Royal Mails fault, the plant was still ok.

Bought 30 plants for a workplace terrarium workshop. Firstly they were so so beautiful and well packaged.
A massive thank you for fulfilling my order so amazingly and enabling me and my colleagues to have such a wonderful workshop. The set had so much variety and I really appreciated your responsiveness to my shipping needs and questions, it really helped to ensure everything went smoothly and a bonus that all packaging was recycled!!!
Will be using these guys again for the next workshop and my own personal terrarium endeavours.

Super willing and helpful re communications. Plants healthy. Glass looks good. I'm willing to assume the kits will be sufficient for the job stated. I'd definitely buy from them again.
