My two friends and I were assisted on a veiwing with Connor, he was so lovely and helpful with answering any questions we had as well as explaining how the next steps of applying for the flat would continue. He also gave us great advice in general with our application!

The will do everything they can to keep every penny of your deposit - be aware! They will create charges just to avoid paying you back even if you leave the flat spotless.

Laura Mctaggart was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire rental process. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive at every stage, especially when we were working against a very tight deadline.

This move was particularly important because it was for my parents, who are both elderly, and it was an extremely stressful time for our family. Laura went above and beyond to keep everything moving, kept us informed throughout, and did everything she could to help get everything over the line in time for key exchange.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference during what could have been an overwhelming experience. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients.

Emma at DJ Alexander could not have been more helpful! We attended a viewing for a flat which we loved, and which Emma was the viewing agent for. When we were slightly unsure of the application process she took the time to speak with us and explain what should be included. We had great help from the general team, particularly Hayley too! Had a lovely flat that we really enjoyed living in for the year as students. DJ Alexander however often failed to fix issues that we informed them about, or it took them months and months. In the end, our deposit was halved on return to us, despite the report we were sent indicating good cleanliness. And Alison at DJ Alexander despite furthering the process along ignored our frustrations.

Coming from England, we didn't know the process of buying in Scotland, but Caitlyn Meaney really took time to explain everything and guide us along the journey. It wasn't an easy one, as we had a few bids rejected, but she was always really patient with us, and we finally bought our dream home. Then Kerry Temple managed to close the process in just 5 weeks, which was incredible and again her attention to detail made sure we understood everything involved. Really pleased with the whole service; couldn't have wished for more.
