Needed a specific style of bat, and spoke with someone about my playing style and what I needed from the bat.

Ordered the Custom Made Grade 1+ Players cricket bat.

From ordering the bat, to getting it in hand took only 10 days. Got the tracking details 8 days after ordering.

This came pre knocked in, scuff sheet. Didn't ask for a double grip, but it came with it as well.

Ordered a heavy bat 2.14 to 3lb, but doesn't feel heavy at all as the pick was great. Haven't weighed it, but I think it's around 2.16/18.

Knocked in around the toe some more pre match the day after I received it. Opened the batting with another bat due to the new ball, but after a few overs switched to the new DKP bat.

First ball, 6 over long off..off the toe! No dent or anything which one could suspect from a newish ball with a brand new bat. Second and third ball both 4s.

4 matches on, haven't scored less than a 46*.

The bat feels and performs amazingily already, but I can tell it's not at it's peak at all. Possibly the most powerful bat I've owned, and we're just getting started with it.

This is my second purchase from DKP, and my first one totally digital. Once again, a flawlessly simple process and excellently delivered product. My new cricket bat is a work of art - thanks Nick! Will definitely be back.

Been buying DKP gear for the last 2 seasons. Well looked after by Nikunj and quality equipment especially those DKP bats. I would recommend to anyone looking for gear. Bought a bat from here spent 8 hours knocking it in for the bat to split after 4 games, was told I had to pay for the repair as not covered under warranty, tried to challenge it as the bat shouldn’t be breaking after 4 games, company now not replying, avoid the company at all costs clearly not interested in after care just want your money, poor products poor company

The quality of the bat is the best I have come across after a few years of bats letting me down. The customer service was great from start to finish and I will definitely buy from here again!

They’re super quick on the phone, and even call you back if they aren’t able to pick up. I called before ordering a custom bat for some advice and got great friendly advice, not just answering questions but reading into what you’re saying what giving extra advice, and then also remembering who you are when you call a week later with another question etc.

The gear also all arrived super quickly and was great, I got a custom bat (beautifully made), DKP gloves (super nice) and a shrey helmet. The helmet didn’t fit and returns have been super easy so far.

Honestly not a bad thing to say they have been great, and you can even WhatsApp them with questions, such as knocking in advice etc. I think the guys name is Nick, but not 100% sure, either way they’re super helpful

Bought a bat in September 2024, spent 4 hours knocking in the bat ready for the upcoming season. Within 10 minutes' use, the toe broke. I was given the stock answer of "not in warranty", however this is clearly not fit for purpose. Other companies offer some kind of after-care service after twelve months, eg Kookaburra. I asked for a free repair, but DKP declined. I shall be taking my bat elsewhere for a repair. I will not be buying any products from DKP again.

DKP has a huge range of brand bats, from SS to New Balance to SG, which is really useful as a starting point if you want to customise your own bat, or if you are just looking to walk away with one on the day.
There's so much care that goes into creating your own bat, if that's what you are after; he worked with me on choosing a pickup, a weight, placement of the middle and handle choice. He showed me a range of unmarked bats that he had made for other clients, to help me decide what I liked, and then took on board my requirements.
The final product is really nice; it feels great in the few nets that I've had so far, and I'm really looking forward to using it in a proper match.

I’ve been using DKP for 4/5 years now. Goods are quality and my DKP players grade bat is one of the best bats I’ve picked up in a while. Great customer service and speedy delivery.

Received SS pads for the same leg (straps on the same side for both the pads). DKP didn't accept their mistake and said you can still wear them.

Had a custom made DKP Reserve edition bat made. DKP took time to provide guidance and advice and responded to all and every request I had, including custom engraving. The finished item was absolutely PERFECT. It is well balanced with a great 'ping' while bouncing the ball off it. Can't wait to try this in next nets session

I had one bat lightened and reprofiled and purchased another custom made bat.
