Poor quality bats. Wood is soft and is compressed easily across the face and the edges. Edges and face of the bat crack easily. Sellers very delayed responses and a case for the office of fair trading.

Better to buy a branded bat from a reputable bat maker.

Great customer service from Nick at DKP. Done me a great deal on a DKP after my handle snapped on a previous SG I had purchased. Give me great advice and information about the DKP range, provided the knocking on service. And on arrival, the bat has a serious ping and it looks incredible with plenty of narrow grains. All over the phone, great customer service.

Brought new bat and softs last November with black Friday sale.

Upon first use in winter nets handle snapped. Bat was still in warranty period. Emailed Nick who agreed to rehandle the bat with no fuss.

Sent back and received within a week with a new handle, so far no issues.

I purchased size 5 bat for my son online last week. Although the originally ordered bat had a damage to it which was notified by Nick during the quality check of the product. Nick offered couple of alternatives and helped choose a beautiful SG RP LE bat which we received yesterday. My son loves his new bat and most importantly he was able to use the bat straight away as it came fully knocked and ready to play. Thank you very much Nick for your 5* customer service.
