SS Ton bat from DKP not fit for purpose
*In reply to DKP’s comment on my review, A bat that cracks on first use is not fit for purpose. Also, as you are aware from the photos, it’s the face that has cracked, not the toe/edge. Please arrange repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible. It has now been 4 months since this issue was brought to your attention.*
Purchased an SS Ton bat from DKP Cricket 24 January 2024. Paid extra to have it knocked in so it would be ready to go out of the box. Total cost 384.99. First net training session the whole face of the bat cracked. Bat was being used under normal conditions. Damage was reported as soon as it happened (12 February 2024). Despite several emails following up, still waiting for DKP to either repair, replace or refund. Very disappointed in product and poor customer service.

Hi Holly, sorry about this issue with the bat but we did confirm with you at the time that toe/edge damage is not covered under the warranty. We can offer to repair the bat but we cannot replace the cricket bat.

Hi, sorry for the issue, however scuff sheets do not break but can ripe/tear slightly depending on the ball, could you please provide some images?

Great custom made junior bat
Good communication and a really quick turnaround on a custom made junior bat at a reasonable price for the willow grade. The bat looks fantastic and my son loves it.

The owner nick patel send me a broken…
The owner nick patel send me a broken CA bat we send him the images and he replies saying that i feel that the bat is good enough to play however its not you what you feel i spend £310 and i need to be satisfied of what i paid for and now he is blaming CA that its their fault whereas they make all the bats and just put different branded stickers on it to call various brands at least get a life and admit it.

Hi Zunair, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, however we did check the images of the handle for you and stated that some CA bats are finished like this and that if you was not satisfied you can return the bat to us for a full refund. We did give you the option to return the bat or a exchange. You decided to return the bat and we refunded you on receipt of the bat. Just to add the bat was not broken and was brand new, the handle had some flex which is normal.
