I placed an order for cricket gloves on the 14th of August. I received an automated response confirming my order, but since then, i have sent numerous emails, whatsapp messages and just not getting any assistance or replies. I am trying to track my parcel because today is the 28th and I have not received anything. All my phonecalls have been ignored as well.

I've been using DKP for the last 4 years. I started with bats for my (rapidly) growing son graduating from a 6 to SH in 18 months. Every bat I bought for him has been outstanding. So good, that I've bought 2 more bats for me, and and other 2 SH bats for my son. Service and quality in every purchase has been outstanding.

DKP's expertise and knowledge goes beyond bats: Nick spent quite a lot of time sorting out pads, and multiple batting gloves for us both too. And at the competitive prices on the website it's almost impossible to leave them on the shelf.

Looking forward to buying some more gear this winter.

Bought the DKP Icon bat which turned out to be too heavy. Was able to take it back and get weight off free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a DSC bat which snapped within 5 uses despite it being knocked in and anti scuff sheeted by DKP. When I sent images they informed me it was storm damaged, which wasn't listed when I purchased it. The replacement I have received is nothing like the original bat, completely different profile, feel and the grains are terrible. Stickers are peeling off and they're spike marks down the edges. Very disappointing and a waste of hard earned money.

I have had a terrible experience with @DKP_Cricket. As a student, it's tough to afford quality gear,but I bought a bat from them that broke in my 3rd net session. When I asked for a refund or repair, they refused.Scamming students off £360 isn’t acceptable business practice. As a student, I saved up to purchase a quality bat, but it broke within my 3rd net session. Refusing to refund or repair it is unacceptable. Your lack of responsibility for your faulty product has left a sour taste in my mouth. DKP_Cricket excuse for not refunding/repairing my broken bat? Apparently using a bowling machine voids the warranty, and toe damage isn't covered. Seriously?!

Purchased gloves, used them once, ripped in many placed, emailed 4 times for a resolution, no reply.

Bought a bat from DKP cricket… total cost of £304. First game I faced 10 balls and big crack in toe and continuing up the face. Absolutely shocking customer service. Warning do not buy. Please use the more reputable companies out there

This is the second custom cricket bat I’ve had made by the DKP team, and as expected it is a high quality cricket bat. The customer service is great and turn around and was brilliant. I will definitely be returning when I need another bat.

Great company been ordering kit from them for years now! Booked a time to go and visit DKP to purchase a new bat as I wanted to feel the pick up before purchasing! Got the lads at my club buying from there too!

Poor products and bad customer service.

Ordered a pair of SS gloves, lasted 1 game and tore down the middle. No response from the DKP team for a refund or replacement.

I purchased a DKP Icon grade 1 bat around 3 weeks ago, which has been an amazingly great choice. My very first game using the bat I scored 78 not out and the following weekend 60. So I am thrilled by the pick up and ping off the middle. I have not often seen the ball travel to the boundary so quickly and effortlessly. Superb attentive customer services , and Nick was so helpful when I first made contact with DKP. I am already considering buying another bat to keep as a back up. I will not be using another bat maker again. Absolutely top service , well done DKP.

Amazing bat. I bought a grade 2. Had great fun experience customising the bat according to my preference and batting style. Great helpful guide for selecting each features.

I have played just 2 games with the bat that I purchased from dkp, from the second game itself the bat cracked and they are not willing to do anything, they will find silly excuses and didn't pick the call
