We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All went well till my car was dropped…
All went well till my car was dropped off, back wiper water wasn't working, had to go back in my own time, was fixed quickly but no reason or apology was given.

Car poorly repaired
Car poorly repaired. Needing to go back to address rippled paintwork and reset poorly fitted front grill. Also other paint work when care not taken when sanding.
I have no issues with communication and customer service .
