But still took around 10 weeks for full repair to be done Had to be booked into VW on two occasions.

Very good service especially as we didn't have to drop the car off or pick it up. The drivers picked up and dropped the car off after repairs were completed, and both were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

From the time the car was uplifted the friendly and helpful approach of all staff, including the driver who picked it up, the assessor and the team of office staff was exceptional.
There were parts on back order but I was kept informed. A really good experience at a difficult time.
