Excellent customer service from polite professional support personnel. The repairs were done to a high standard. The courtesy car was delivered by a friendly professional gentleman and was in excellent condition. The gentleman who returned the repaired car was also a lovely professional man and the process was very smooth.

I had very good experience with DLG Auto Services Peterborough. They collected my car from my house, did the fix and kept me informed about the repair progress via special website. After fix was completed they delivered my car with no issues. I'm positively surprised but the level of care and service. Highly recommended DLG Auto Services to everybody.

Collection service great
Collected the car and were great at communicating timings. Kept me upto date with progress and when it would be ready to be returned. Was offered to be driven back or on a truck which was thoughtful. Returned with work done to a high standard and was cleaned inside and out, they also filled up the screen wash so all in all a great expreience

Car was dirty, smelt strongly of smoke which we couldn’t get rid of. Had to clean car before use.

This is a review of 2 halves, glad to hear we got the repair side right we apologise your vehicle repairs took slightly longer than expected due to the delivery of parts which was outside of our control.
DLG Auto services did everything I needed done with no fuss or hassle
I contacted my Insurance company and DLG contacted me regarding the repair. They did everything. Picked up the car, then returned it a few days later with the damaged area in pristine condition. Service cannot be faulted.
