Worst experience
Worst experience. They sent me empty box and I had to bear the shipping essentially to and fro. So I lost 40% of my original purchase cost for getting and returning empty boxes. So unprofessional took them days of email back and forth and kept asking me endless screenshots even of their own website details. Like the money you spend of advertisement needs to be spent on building better logistics and customer service and support else your company has no future.

Very pleased with my purchase from D. Louise! Prompt delivery, very easy returns/exchange and fantastic customer service. They offer bundles frequently making their jewellery affordable and their lifetime warranty helps not to think twice before ordering! The jewellery are beautiful too!

A crystal fell out of my necklace after…
A crystal fell out of my necklace after just over a year, despite light use and careful storage. The necklace is now unwearable.
What I didn't realise is that D. Louise's "lifetime guarantee" only covers tarnishing and discolouration. Crystals/stones falling out are only covered for one year and are not included in the lifetime guarantee.
Customer service was polite but offered no repair, replacement, or goodwill solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend D. Louise crystal jewellery if durability is important to you. if durability is important to you.

Got a ring from D.Louise and it was slightly too small - so returned it and got a replacement of the next size up no problem and I absolutely love it - customer service is spot on I will certainly be buying more items in the future.

They listened to me say my ring had discolored and I sent some photos and they have replaced it straight away with no problem. I would definitely recommend D.Louise

Top notch all round
Firstly their jewellery is amazing. I bought 4 necklaces and I cant stop wearing them, the quality is amazing and they arrive in such beautiful packaging as well.
Secondly, I decided one wasnt my style and my friend loved my necklace so asked to change one for her to have the same as me. They were amazing, I was a few days outside the exchange window but they let me change and helped me and chased it up when I had forgotten about it. I cannot talk highly enough about the service from D Louise... Ill be buying again... Dangerous ;)

Amazing products and customer service!!!
I discovered D.LOUISE in August and have absolutely fallen in love with the brand! I love every single piece I've purchased. The jewelry looks and feels so high quality, I love that it's tarnish-free, and I constantly get compliments on my pieces. I've even started buying jewelry as gifts for friends and family because I love it so much!
I did have an issue with the clasp on my tennis bracelet, but they were absolutely wonderful and made the entire process so easy. Quick to respond, incredibly kind, and immediately arranged a replacement for me.
Customer service like this makes such a difference, and I really appreciate how well I was taken care of. I'm officially a huge D.LOUISE fan and can't wait to keep growing my collection. Highly recommend!

Great offer of 4 pieces for €99
I took advantage with my first order of €99 for 4 pieces. It Took a little longer than I thought with the delivery to Spain but on arrival I wasn't disappointed. Each item beautifully packed with care. I wasn't totally happy with the letter 'E' on my bracelet which looked like a clasp to me but nonetheless its a nice delicate bracelet. As for the wearing of it - i'll let you know

So frustrated
Really frustrated with this company.I returned a bangle that was too big for me, I wanted an exchange of a different bangle, it took nearly a week for them to get back to me to be told the bangle was sold out! I then chose another one and then told that was sold out! I then choose a ring and the response was “ if this is sold out too please sign up to the mailing to know when it is back in stock. I have clearly lost out here as I have not received anything in exchange for my original bangle! I wasn’t told if the ring was out of stock! Not very good communication ☹️

Lovely jewellery
Lovely jewellery, bought the paperclip necklace and bracelet. The tennis bracelet is lovely but I find difficult to put on by myself, not the easiest of clasps, but I still love it. Had a problem with some earrings, but they were immediately came back to me and resolved the issue. Lovely presentation should you want to give some jewellery as a gift. Will certainly buy again.
