I have bought several pieces of DLouise jewellery based on how lovely the designs are & wear them next to my real pieces, they all look expensive!
But the fact that it can be worn in the pool, sea, shower etc & has a 10yr warranty was also a factor. I had reason to test this recently as a stone came out of a stacking ring. I contacted DLouise & was immediately replied to, asked to send a photo, a couple of details & within days a new ring was on the way. In this day & age where customer service is not always great I was blown away.
The jewellery is beautiful, looks very real, hard wearing & genuinely guaranteed.
I can’t recommend D.Louise highly enough!

I have over 20 pieces from D Louise and it's a brand I (clearly) go back to again again. The quality of their jewellery is exactly how they advertise - I have worn two of their necklaces daily for coming up on two years - literally every day; showering, swimming, on holiday, sleeping... and it still looks exactly the same as when I bought it!

I've only needed to get in touch with their customer service team a couple of times over the years, and every single time they have gone above and beyond to help me out.

Had an issue with some earrings I bought in the summer. Contacted the company by WhatsApp as advised and received a reply that day. They offered to replace my earrings which I accepted. All sorted within 24 hours. Very impressed with the customer service. I've had quite a few pieces from DLouise and never had an issue before. The quality is fantastic and the gold really doesn't tarnish. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Great and friendly customer service

Another great experience with D.Louise, I ordered a bracelet in the wrong size ( totally my fault) but instead of telling there was nothing they could do like a lot of other companies would do, they did everything they could to help and I received my bracelet in the correct size, the bracelet is beautiful just as expected as I have never purchased anything from them that I haven’t loved! Where to begin… The customer service I experienced with D. Louise was nothing but exceptional. From helping me when realizing the first bracelet I wanted was on backorder. To deciding what bracelet would be best next. To helping me rapidly get the jewelry with expedited shipping as the “outlined bracelet“ was a representation of the tight circle around my friend battling breast cancer.

They expedited the shipping, followed up to make sure appropriate delivery, and the pieces are just beautiful. Knowing that they are backed by a lifetime warranty, gives me reassurance and the representation of this piece.

I recently took up the 4 for £99 offer from D.Louise. It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged.
I changed my mind about my purchase and contacted them requesting refund. They were so helpful and obliging and I received my refund within a few days of returning it.

I absolutely loved this bracelet. It was beautiful, looked much more expensive than it was, and quickly became one of the pieces I wore all the time. One of the reasons I felt comfortable spending $85 on a gold-plated bracelet was the lifetime guarantee advertised by the company, and I was really excited to purchase from a brand that seemed to stand behind its jewelry.

Unfortunately, the clasp on this particular bangle was an issue for me. It could be bumped open surprisingly easily, and there were several occasions when the bracelet fell completely off my wrist during normal wear. Thankfully, I noticed and was able to find it each of those times—until recently, when it happened again and I wasn’t able to recover it.

I completely understand that lost jewelry isn’t covered under the lifetime guarantee, but that’s what makes this especially disappointing. I didn’t simply misplace the bracelet; it was repeatedly coming off because the clasp could open so easily. For an $85 plated bracelet, I really wish the closure had been more secure.

I genuinely loved this bracelet and would have happily continued wearing it for years. I’m just so disappointed that a piece I loved this much is gone because of an issue I’d already experienced multiple times with the clasp. I hope the company considers improving the closure, because otherwise it really is a beautiful bracelet.
