So happy with the bundle of jewellery I bought earlier this year. I’ve been wearing lots of it all the time (really all the time, running, showers etc) and it’s exactly the same as the day it arrives.
It’s beautiful, it makes you feel beautiful. I love how much choice there is, while simultaneously each individual piece works so well with any and every other.

Glory and Joby have both really helped out with a couple of support/shipping queries I had. Just seems like a really genuine company.

Ordered an engraved necklace on the Tuesday it was delivered on the Thursday which is exceptional service and the necklace was well packaged and is beautiful. I would definitely order from here again

Ordered a couple of rings off the website and when they arrived they were stunning but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. Filled in the returns/exchange form and posted them back for an exchange. After waiting a week for an email to confirm that had received the rings back, I had heard nothing. Looked on the website and there was an option to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. I sent a message to them with my query and within 2 hours I’d had a reply and things were all sorted.
Now looking forward to receiving the correct size rings as they really are well made and beautiful.

I ordered a custom zodiac necklace and unfortunately it got stuck in Madrid for a couple weeks, then sent back to D Louise and Fedex were useless. I then got in contact with D Louise over Whatsapp and they were absolutely incredible. Their responses were quick, they were very kind and super helpful, sorting my issue immediately by sending a replacement to a new address! I think this was the best customer experience I have ever had with a company.
I have now got my necklace and it was amazing quality - the engraving is very well done, the piece is lovely and heavy which feels great around your neck. The chain is lovely, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my necklace! I will definitely be buying from here again, especially for gifts for others as they are so beautiful! Thank you for being so helpful and kind!

A purchase that I made in February had a small issue which meant I couldn't wear it for fear of losing it. I contacted D. LOUISE to find out my options. After a couple of WhatsApp texts and a video sent by myself, to show the issue, D. LOUISE were prompt with their replies and couldn't have been more helpful. My replacement is on the way. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you so much.

I have many items of D.Louise jewellery - rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces and I absolutely love them. They don't tarnish, smell weird or leave marks.

I'm allergic to most metals when it comes to earrings apart from gold and titanium so wasn't expecting to be able to wear D.Louise earrings for more than a few hours but was amazed that I can keep them in for several days if I want to without them causing a problem. In fact I've got one pair I wear almost all the time and only remove them to put a different pair in.

Yesterday I noticed a gem had fallen out of my eternity ring so I sent a message with a photo to the company via WhatsApp. They replied immediately and said they'd despatch a new one. It arrived via the Royal Mail this afternoon. Talk about amazing customer service!

I've been complimented on my jewellery many times and I've always sent the D.Louise website link to my friends and now I can also state with confidence that the service is fantastic too 😁
