I bought d.Louise stacking set off Vinted to see if they are as waterproof as they say they are before I buy from the store and I can’t tell you enough how the quality is fantastic, 2 weeks in Malta sun sea and pool everyday not taking them off and look as good as new. I would definitely recommend d.Louise and will be buying more once home

Had an issue with the order, contacted support team via WhatsApp and got it sorted in no time. I ordered the gold tennis bracelet and absolutely love it. I haven’t taken it off since I got it. Recently, one of the stones came loose and I contacted customer service. They arranged for it to be sent straight away. They were incredibly helpful and easy to reach out to. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I honestly can't fault the customer service I received today. Unfortunately, a necklace I purchased two years ago has tarnished for some reason. I sent a WhatsApp message, with photos and received a reply within 5 minutes. I was immediately offered a replacement item or the value of the original item in credit. As my original item was no longer available, I chose the credit and I was sent a code for that amount, valid for two years (again, in less than 10 minutes). I'm sad because the original item held a lot of sentimental meaning for me, but these things happen and I'm really grateful for how friendly, helpful and speedy my experience was. I would absolutely recommend DLouise.

I was bought a birthstone necklace by my parents for Christmas and it’s one of my favourite necklaces - when the stone fell out D Louise were amazing and replaced it within 48 hours of me contacting them! Have always loved d Louise pieces and this service was amazing

Great customer service and an elegant item

I’ve had a few pieces of jewellery from D Louise and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately one of the diamantés came out of a ring that I’ve only had for 8 months.
D Louise have been very helpful when contacted about the issue. Within a few hours of a few emails back and forth they have agreed to send me another ring.
There has been no dispute over this matter, all very straight forward.

I have several pieces of D Louise jewellery, all beautiful and so wearable. I had one tiny issue with my tennis bracelet. I contacted D Louise and they sorted it straight away. They arranged for a brand new bracelet to be sent to me. Their customer service was excellent. Very friendly and thorough. Fantastic company who deserve every success.

Super speedy customer service response, literally within minutes of sending the email. I stupidly neglected to apply the discount code before paying however Jobie helpfully applied the discount code afterwards and arranged for a refund. Great, helpful, cheery customer service- you don’t often say that!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I ordered wrong size bracelet and I contacted customer service and they were so helpful. I returned bracelet and another was shipped, all within the space of a few days. Jewellery is also lovely and packaged in a lovely small jewellery bag and box. Excellent as a gift (which is what mine is for). Thank you D.Louise for giving such a wonderful service.

D Louise is a great company! Their products are very high quality and sophisticated, and I have received so many compliments whenever I have worn their jewellery. Their customer service is also excellent. I had a couple of minor issues with a necklace and a pair of earrings, and their customer service team sorted it out straight away, and were incredibly friendly, which feels very refreshing when many companies do not bother with good customer service. I could not recommend this company enough to anyone looking to purchase good quality jewellery, and who would also like to support a small business in the process!
