Very clean tasting and reasuring, although a cold water system would be more practical than warm water and room temp water

This product is absolutely amazing, fantastic quality and has made my life so much better, cooking healthy meals in no time, easy to use!!

I love the DNA Sparkler the fact that you can add fresh fruit to enhance flavour is an amazing option to have.

Good product but prone to failures. Company has no issue in fixing the failures but it becomes annoying.

I have been wanting this machine for a while..just bought it and I’m impressed thus far. Quite a large sized machine. I will update this review in a month

Firstly I was ill treated on WhatsApp regarding not getting my free delivery after purchasing products worth R18000, my juicer is giving me issues and my water dispenser ( the temperature is not going any lower then 25 degrees.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the warranty support I received regarding my DNA Airfryer, which was gifted to me last year. Unfortunately, the unit recently developed what appears to be a faulty heating element. I contacted your team to report the issue only one week outside of the factory warranty period, yet I was informed that due to your strict policy, I would be responsible for both the repair and shipping costs to your service centre.

While I understand that warranties have defined periods, it is disappointing that a product of this nature and price point would fail so soon after the warranty expired—particularly given that my previous air fryer, purchased over four years ago, is still functioning perfectly. We had gifted that older unit to someone else after upgrading to the DNA Airfryer, under the impression that we were investing in a higher-quality, premium product.

Given the circumstances and how close this issue is to the warranty period, I kindly request that you reconsider this case and provide a goodwill repair or replacement. I have always associated DNA with quality and reliability, and I hope that your after-sales service will reflect those same values.

Sent the team a message in the morning for filters, they promptly replied, pointed me in the right direction. They then delivered the filters on the same day! We have a number of DNA Health products, highly recommend.

I've been juicing since decades ago, used two Hurom juicers of which the second one lasted until recently.

So it was after studying the market that I bought this one. Been juicing oranges and pineapples, apples lemon and ginger and even celery. The results are very satisfying.

The juicer runs very quietly and is relatively ease to clean. Just be very careful not to spill liquids down the lock of the motor base, not a design fault just logical maintenance.

It is great,just thought it would have a cooler for cold water.Hot water am impressed.

Received the worst service ever. Was charged for repairs on my DNA airfryer that was under warranty. The fact that I accepted the repair quote is now my problem and they refuse to take responsibility for not checking my warranty. They will not refund me because they claim it was my fault that I did not tell them my appliance was under warranty. Not really interested in their products any more.

The ordering of the item was easy, but the collection of it - due to massive road works - is painful. DNA products are wonderful. We love living healthily with the support of DNA appliances

This is by far the best purchase ever. Absolutely value for money. This juicer works like magic. I like how dry the pulp is, giving us more juice. It’s easy to use and to wash as well.

I am looking forward to try sorbet recipes this summer.

I hope The replacement filters will last me 12 months
