The product has been better thad advertised, i have been able to cook meals, snacks and so much more that my microwave and oven have become obsolete!! I can defrost meals, keep them warm and reheat them. The airfryer is easy to clean and comes with so many options for usage. The airfryer is also very stylish and elegant with all my visitor's leaving in envy :D. 5 stars would definitely recommend

Bad customer service / response
I got dumped an old unit with very limited timer setting. It can only do 1 hour maximum. So no slow roasts. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought it. When I contacted DNA head office, they (Natasha) bluntly told me: "The airfryer oven is to cook your food quicker using both top and bottom elements and air circulation to decrease cooking time, but still keep the moisture in. You can always reset the timer if you want cook it longer." I find this a very weak response to a valid concern squarely ignoring my concerns as if I'm trying something crazy that shouldn't be done in such a fryer/oven. This implies you have to constantly reset the timer every hour. Really??? Their current ads state 8hr timing. SO why does mine, just recently purchased and used on maybe 5 occasions, be different??

We’d like to clarify a few points to ensure transparency for all current and future customers. The DNA Dual Airfryer Oven is designed to cook food efficiently using rapid air circulation and dual heating elements, which allows for faster cooking times compared to traditional ovens. While it’s true that the standard cooking functions have a maximum timer of 1 hour, the Dehydrate function does indeed support extended times of up to 8 hours, as clearly detailed in the user manual on pages 8–9.
Our packaging reflects this correctly by stating that the timer range is from 1 to 8 hours, based on the available functions. We do apologise if this was misunderstood or not made clear at the point of purchase. We also understand that manually resetting the timer every hour for longer cooking methods may not be ideal for all users.
That said, we always encourage our customers to review the user manual and product specifications to ensure the appliance suits their specific needs before making a purchase. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we continue to improve both our communication and our products.

DNA Cold Flow Juicer
I placed an order for the juicer on May 16th, and I was amazed by the quick delivery. The juicer arrived on May 19th.
I used the juicer for the first time on June 1st, making both green and orange juice. I am very pleased with my decision. The juicer has a sleek design and fits perfectly on my countertop. I look forward to purchasing more products from DNA Health. Looking forward to exploring many more recipes. I am excited to explore many more recipes.

Just bought the DNA Sparkler and I love it. Very modern and looks great in my kitchen. You can carbonate anything and everything in it. The staff is very friendly and I received great service throughout my time there.
